Bad management and terrible service at this location ended up leaving due to everyone ignoring us while employees stood around chatting it up or being on their phones .

Very annoyed with my recent meal at Applebees, why are there more options to go then for eat in? Our waiter needed more training and the food was good but I wouldn’t be eating in again for awhile. We asked for a manager but they never came and I wouldn’t recommend this location

I had your 999 bacon cheeseburger special ordered through car side. Burger was really good. The fries were fresh and hot. I did wait about five minutes in my car before anybody came out. Overall very good.

Restaurant is a joke. They can't even properly warm up their food in a microwave. 3 pieces of chicken with your food? Nah too hard to count to 3 for an applebees worker. Never again spending my money here.

Just ordered through the website and half the order was not delivered. Contacted the restaurant, was placed on hold for 10 minutes and the manager offered to have me come pick it up (I had it delivered through their courier) which was not possible for me. Instead, I simply asked for a refund for the missing item or a coupon for it on a future order and the call was immediately disconnected. Don't waste your time here

Went here for the baby back ribs and noticed that the place was not busy. I was then told they were out of ribs. I then ordered a steak and broccoli and was told they were out of broccoli. I walked out. No wonder why they are dead, no food.

Food was okay, took over thirty minutes when it was not even busy but even then it came out just lukewarm. Took our server, Ashley, ten minutes alone to get our waters and her response was “I got sidetracked” (w h a t) . And they let a dog not only into the booth, but it was allllll over the table and not leashed at all (so definitely not a service dog)
Normally I’d say our server was nice at least but tbh I didn’t interact with her enough to do so! Selma, on the other hand, was super nice! She brought us our food when our server was missing!

Food was ok. Bartender was great. Bathroom smelt like stale piss and left there smelling like a fart and grease. It was gross the entire way home. I have been to plenty of Applebee’s and this place was gross
