We have been Arby customers for at least 30 years and never have had anything but excellent service, until today. We tried to order at the drive through and had the absolute worst...rudest "service" in our lives. This is the first time we have ever had to leave a restaurant in less than 3 minutes without even having the ability to order.

Was in the drive thru with my family and we told the person one minute while we got everyone’s order that they wanted in the car. Then another person immediately came on the speaker and says what can we get you . We said one sec and then the guy says do you want to come inside then so you can take your time in a rude tone. We started to place the order and he kept interrupting us . We drove off after that. We were in the drive thru less than 2 minutes. No cars were behind us.

This location wasn't busy when I stopped by, but usually is packed around lunch, as there are limited options in the industrial park area for food. Fish sandwich was tasty. Mozzarella sticks are always good, although there is a little wait for them.

The manager was only focused on drive through orders. Unfortunately I was in the lobby for almost 20 minutes before my order was taken, then took almost 10 minutes to get my food.

I been here twice ,1st time my Meat wasnt even warm and had cold parts to it,I had curly and they were so thin and hard ,my child's kids meal nuggets were so dry like the meat was under a heat lamp all day,2nd time i went here just to give them another chance , they told us to wait for fries for 2 mins and it took them 12 mins they didnt bring us our drinks and when we went to go them ourselves they didnt believe us and the worker said "Sorry I don't know what's going on" Besides terrible service the food was better the 2nd time. I would recommend the chocolate shake ,it was pretty good.They just need better management in busy situations
