Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, only to be told at the speaker that they’re no longer serving anyone who isn’t with DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. If you’re not going to serve all customers during your posted hours, the hours should be updated to reflect that. Super disappointing experience.

That Arby's in Fargo was not so great. Sticky floors don't know how they can walk over those tiles. Food is ok, service is good. Floors are sticky.

This place literally robs you. They miss food. Call to get a refund. Person can only say yep yep yep about 20 times. Doesnt say anything else. Said I want it refunded to my card for missed item Never got refunded.

I had the kindest interaction today, 2/18 around 4:45 as I was grabbing some quick supper since I was stuck in town for a meeting later. The gentleman at the window, who also took my order, made a point to thank me for being such a kind and nice customer. He really appreciated it. It made my day to hear that my normal self happened to be a piece of joy in someone else’s day. AND he took the time to let me know. Kindness indeed is free and spreading it by these small acts is awesome. Thank you, sir, for making my day too. I wish I had gotten his name!
