When you order 5 tenders and only get 4. I put in a complaint online. Very easy order. Didn't count until I got home. That's the way Arbys rolls these days I guess. Not the first time mind you (just first time I complain about it).

Delicious, fresh, hot, large portion of meat on my roast beef sandwich. The food was perfect! The coke zero cold. The apple turnovers were so yummy that I had two!

The customer service was exceptional. Everyone was working incredibly hard and delivered prompt and friendly service. The food, however, was a different story. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and a 4 piece mozzarella sticks. There was a wait on the mozzarella sticks which I was actually excited for because that meant I was getting fresh food. They definitely were not fresh and the best part of the actual mozzarella sticks was the marinara sauce. The roast beef sandwich was terrible. I’ve never tasted such dry roast beef before. It was inedible and I had to throw away the rest of the sandwich. It must have been left over roast beef from the day before. I had forgotten why I stopped eating at Arby’s. I won’t forget again.

Only got the fries, they were great. Well cooked and always seasoned to perfection.
Such a disappointment for the price. The sandwiches had barely any meat in them and were cold. The fries must’ve been in the warmer for hours. They were dried up and chicken nuggets were mixed in that were so hard you could break a tooth. Shame on the person who franchises this location.

Literal idiots work here, do not order here. I have never received my fries from this place once. I’ve ordered a roast beef sandwich meal multiple times and never received fries. Don’t order from this Arby’s. The owner will act like he/she cares by responding to your review but the efforts do not go beyond that. What good does “passing along the word to our team” do for the customer that’s already unsatisfied? Take my word for it, I’m begging you. Don’t waste your time typing a review. Just choose a different place of business. Go somewhere else. There are better options.
