Arby's catch phrase "We have the meats" might sadly be to true. I think they keep the meats to them-self...Not sure if I can keep going here... The quality and quantity keeps decreasing along with price increases.I got a roast beef & cheddar sandwich with a small curly fries for around $9.50... The sandwich had maybe 3-4 slices of roast beef. It was quite sad...Way to expensive. Its a shame what the food industry has turned into.**2/5/2024*** A day later, what a joke. One of the Cleanest restaurants I have ever been in! Not even straw paper on the floor, no foot prints either. The food was so fresh that it tasted like the curly fries were fresh from the field to the table. I was so impressed and loved our experience there. <3

DONT EAT HERE! Was in drive thru saw man digging in his nose and eyes NO GLOVES HANDLING FOOD!! When I told the manager she said it isn’t your food it’s DoorDash food as if that made it better than lied like they don’t give refunds then when I called her out she then gave refund please do not eat here and I WILL BE CALLING

We got tboned right outside of Arbys, and waited in their lobby for almost two hours.. the workers at the arbys on 42nd were all amazing! Very kind, they offered us drinks and food and gave input on our situation.. they definitely went above and beyond for us in a hard time and I definitely think the three workers working on 1/13/24 around 4 pm all deserve acknowledgment.

Me and my boyfriend just now left Arby's and let me tell you whoever was taking orders for the drive through on October 27th at 3:20 should be fired. He took a personal call in the middle of ordering are food and told me to wait, like what? And then gave us attitude while at the window. And when I asked if they had sweet and sour and they didn't I just went with ranch and he rolled his eyes so HARD. Most rude experience I have ever witnessed in my life. Don't recommend this location and will never go back there again.

The brisket sandwich is most definitely NOT brisket. Take it from this Southern girl. What I got was essentially a greasy sandwich filled with what can best be described as uncooked slices of bacon. One bite and I was done. Yuck!
