I ordered to be delivered. Curly fries were cold and tough. I don’t know, and can’t even guess as to what was on my sandwich. Ordered the steak Philly, it was mushy, some kind of sauce or something on it. I couldn’t even eat it. Quite a disappointment!

I am officially done with this company!
The app is useless, the prices are COMPLETELY INSANE! I ordered the 1/4 pound Brisket sandwich. On my food scale (which i tested and zeroed out) it was .130 with the entire sandwich and wrapper. There was more fat than meat and ice cold. For over $12, it is unacceptable. My fries were at least warm. That is the only reason for two stars.

Says they are open till 12 and actually close early dont come here if it's 15 mins to close they lie.
Wrong food provided through drive thru. Get home and find out. Call and it rings multiple times and then computer voice says Goodbye and hangs up. Forces me to return. Manager rude. No apologies. Remakes food. Then doesn't complete the order by telling me they ran out of Red Ranch sauce that was supposed to be on the side. Let's put it this way... I didn't believe her. Will NEVER go back.

They forgot lettuce and tomato on my sandwich. At this point I have not bitten into the sandwich. They DON’T remake the sandwich they just put the min lettuce and the tomato. I bite into the sandwich. It’s inedible they never remade it and the chicken was so tough you could not bite through it. I gave them the perfect opportunity to fix their problem but they decided to take the cheap way out. For a $8 dollar sandwich I just got it refunded. Just avoid this Arby’s and take the time to drive to a different one.

Unless they have changed their online app what complete idiocracy! The employees don't know how to use. It are of no help at all. You can't utilize it through the drive-thru most the time. They're locking one of the two fire exits so you have to walk around the building. If you did, try to use the drive-thru and then the app doesn't work. You would think somebody would test out these things and run a half-assed beta test or something to make sure that it's only function isn't driving customers crazy that are just trying to buy their food

I give up on ordering fast food. Its never going to be done right. I ordered on the website from my car. They weren't busy because the restaurant was empty. Not sure if the nice lady at the counter was being trained, but she seemed to be in a rush. I got my food and went to my car. I looked over the order and everything was there but the BBQ burger. Went back in and the burger was on the warmer. She tried to help me before the 2 men at the counter but I told her to help them instead. Got my food and left. Got home and the roast beef was a single, not a double. The burger was raw, very pink. Cheese wasnt melted. The fries and mozzarella sticks were fine. I'm done with fast food. Workers need to calm down and focus. When you rush you mess things up.
