Bad soda today (mellow yellow), old meat for sure hardly even edible, $30 meal for nothing. Didn't wanna be this guy. The fried stuff was good though.

Idiots thought that swapping my buffalo chicken sliders with fries was a fair trade. Never ordering from there again. Not that hard to call a customer & ask what they want instead. Teach your workers better

I was very disappointed with the service tonight which is odd. When at the drive through I asked if they were still doing the BOGO sandwich deal, and the lady barked, NO! But when the app finally pulled up, the 1st 2 deals were just what she said they were NOT doing anymore! And at the windows this lady was just RUDE!!! Never cracked a smile 1 time! Very disappointed tonight.
Sandwich was ok but hardly any fries!! Definitely NOT worth $11.52 OR putting up with RUDE ATTITUDE!!!
Gonna have to rethink ever coming back here!

I am very disappointed in the Fried Turkey. sandwich There wasn’t enough turkey on sandwich to know it was turkey. Cranberries tasted more like jam then sauce. Dressing. No taste if you could find it on the bun.

Was craving curly fries from Arby's and I only ordered a large fry. Was pretty disappointed that they skip on how much they give you. My large fry was half full when in my opinion should be heaping. Makes me never want to order again when places do this to save a few cents. You lose lifelong customers when you try and save a few cents on skipping on the fries.

Extremely rude drive thru employee. There was a mistake on the cashier's part. I just nicely brought it to her attention so it could be corrected. I know no other way to correct mistakes besides calling them out. I wasn't angry or anything, I just didn't want to buy something I didn't want. She thought I said cheese steak but I said cheese sticks. So I just wanted it to be fixed. No big deal. But while me and her were figuring it out, some man gets on the intercom and mocks me very rudely while speaking to me condescendingly like I was a joke. He kept repeating every reply I made to his questions, in a really immature voice like he was making fun of me. It was just really unnecessary and rude. I ended up just leaving after this. I can't imagine eating food prepared by someone who would treat a person that way.

I ordered to be delivered. Curly fries were cold and tough. I don’t know, and can’t even guess as to what was on my sandwich. Ordered the steak Philly, it was mushy, some kind of sauce or something on it. I couldn’t even eat it. Quite a disappointment!

I am officially done with this company!
The app is useless, the prices are COMPLETELY INSANE! I ordered the 1/4 pound Brisket sandwich. On my food scale (which i tested and zeroed out) it was .130 with the entire sandwich and wrapper. There was more fat than meat and ice cold. For over $12, it is unacceptable. My fries were at least warm. That is the only reason for two stars.
