“Visited for an online pickup order we placed. We ended up having to wait a while longer than anticipated, but we were very happy with the customer service we received while waiting. Multiple employees checked on us and were overall very friendly. And it was nice to see this place pretty full on a Friday evening! Food was great, too.“

“Me and my girlfriend came out tonight (on a Saturday night) after waiting 30/45 min at a Applebees with no sign of seeing a table…walked in to be greeted right away by a hostess and was seated right away. Food was AMAZING staff was as friendly as they come greeting us as we walked in and telling us to have a good night on our way out. She said, "Ummm as soon as one is ready." Debated staying, ultimately told her we were going to Longhorn. Her response was, "Ok. Bye." Ironically, we had enough time while standing there to read their LEAD acronym guide that was posted behind the desk. The first two, listen an empathize, must have slipped the hostess's mind as she didn't indicate that she cared about our wait or that we were leaving to eat at the competitor. The lady who was seating people made the comment that a bunch of the servers went on break at the same time. It seems that scheduling is another area that needs improvement at this establishment.“
