Got the #5 (one piece of cod and 3 pieces of walleye) as well as calamari for appetizer. Husband got the lobster roll and everything was delicious. Our waitress (Lila I think it was) was courteous and attentive.
This was an excellent establishment. The servers were all friendly, and did an excellent job of keeping both our waters and bread full. The food was absolutely amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had a fish sandwich so flavorful. The breading was crisp and on top of one of the best buns I’ve ever had. The clam chowder was creamy, and had real clam. The fish batter was just right. Not too crunchy or salty. I tried their fried Thai pineapple rice for the first time and it did not disappoint.
The only negative I would say is their coleslaw. At least to me, it was bland.
You have to walk down the alley to find the restaurant but it is a hidden gem in Fargo. I will visit again.
