We were absolutely horrified when we decided to visit this place. đ¤˘đĽ´ While we waited over an hour for some waffles, we were cleaning the table, which was so dirty 𤯠and sticky, the chairs were the same, the dishes were broken, the mugs were ready for the trash. I constantly had to hold my child's hands so she didn't touch anything, and then she put them in her mouth. The waffles ended up being like cotton wool, soggy and tasteless. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. I don't recommend it to anyone at all. I wouldn't even give one star, it's a pity there's no option to minus a very, very bad star.

I was really disappointed with this place. Two waffles and four small drinks cost almost $60 â way too expensive for what we got. Oh, and they even charge full price for a simple cup of milk for a child â $4 for a cup of cold milk! The staff also seemed unkind and uninterested â no smile, no greeting, not even a âhave a good day.â It honestly felt like the worker didnât want to be there. Definitely not worth the price.

Ordered a latte and a hot chocolateâŚ. I waited about 45 min before it was ready. The quality of the coffee itself was not worth the price nor the wait. Not impressed and probably will not return. Takes a very long time to get food and waffles are way over done. Best to make waffles at home.

I would actually like to speak with the person who owns this place. Itâs beautiful! But the service sucks so bad that Iâm writing this review. My wife and I walk into an empty ârestaurantâ and order. I ordered a hot cocoa and a waffle. He asks my wife âAre you not going to order anythingâ in a zesty tone as if our presence annoyed him. We had to grab our own silverware and napkins, which isnât as bad as the following: I waited 20 minutes for a hot cocoa, my wife almost finished her waffle before getting her tea. We had to keep calling him back because he was preoccupied with whoever he walked into the rear of the restaurant with, and was back there for some time, meanwhile my wife wanted honey for her tea which was in her order. Waffles werenât warm enough to melt the whipped butter. I normally donât write reviews but this was pretty bad. If itâs slow, maybe prioritize customers especially if theyâre new.

I went on a Sunday early afternoon and there werenât many people. They were nice about checking on ingredients for my food allergies. I got the ânaughty waffle â and it was delicious! The almond butter added a great flavor with the fruits and waffle.
Please update the menu on the wall to match what is in your system. Staff was rude when questioned about different pricing.

The servers were friendly and knowledgeable. Half of our party was gluten-free. They were out of a few toppings and asked if they could substitute for something else. The gluten-free waffles tasted great. It is a self serve restaurant. They do bring the food out, however you have to get your drinks and silverware. You also put your dirty dishes in bins. This wasn't a deal breaker. I would recommend going. I want to try a few more different waffle dishes.
