Maybe it’s understaffed idk there seemed to be a lot of folks up front, but took 40 minutes for 2 waffles. I’m not exaggerating we ordered at 11:45 and got it at 12:25 on the dot lol. For the food it is not worth that wait.

always too overcrowded good luck finding a place to sit, food is ridiculously expensive i mean 30 dollars for two waffles? after ordering it took 30 minutes to get our waffles (which didn’t come out at the same time) and then there was no forks anywhere so i had to eat my food with only a knife. it feels like everytime i go there there’s always something that will go wrong.

Lol what a pathetic joke. Me and my boyfriend came for a visit from Canada. We had specifically planned to come to this place for breakfast as they have gluten-free vegan waffles. The website and the sign on the door said they open at 7 AM it was Sunday. July 7, 2024. We came at 7 AM and it was closed. We came back at 7:30 AM and it was closed. We came back at 8 AM and it was closed. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I am part of a vegan Facebook group back in Canada, where we talk about places to eat in the states and I have definitely already discouraged people from coming here. When me and my boyfriend walk past it at around 9:30 AM, it seemed to have been opened, but there were very few customers, which is understandable given the lack of professionalism from the establishment, wish I could give this pathetic place a zero if I could.

I love the waffles but it does take a bit but that's fine because I go in when it's not busy. It's understaffed and takes a bit of waiting but the food is good and I go there for a breakfast mommy and me day now I would not go on a weekly basis because of time but the atmosphere feels like a quiet Cafe when I'm there and it's nice and peaceful to me so good job. hire more people

The food is great, and I've never dined in so I can only talk about the online ordering experience, but I have never had a good experience with ordering from here. I usually place timed orders, get to the store at or slightly after the time my food is scheduled for pickup, and then have to sit and wait for 10-15 minutes because they haven't even started my order. I'd understand if it was busy, but it has always been pretty slow while I sit and wait for my food. The most recent time I ordered online an hour in advance, only to be told when I got there that they had closed early for an event, hadn't turned off online ordering, and hadn't bothered to call me and cancel my order at any point between me placing the order and my arrival at the store.
