THE working environment is not accommodating to any person not in the same mindset/mentality as the 'lead-crew'. I will make my points.
Being fired for these reasons has me hurt in so many ways that I wanted to share what I was told by management.
*"You can not hide the discomfort from your face." This was the main reason. (I'm going to assume she thought I was in physical discomfort.. Because of my face? Although I don't recall complaining)
*"You get an attitude when you get upset." -Management causing upset (me- always walking away to find a task away from coworkers when they gossip)
I don't have attitude. I have a good and serious work ethic. If people aren't comfortable with my 'work focused' and not people pleasing chatter, than management has to (has to-meaning decides to) listen to complaints about workers getting sceduled with their non favorites.
Another time of upset I recall, is when the team lead ran in front of me, to grab the oven peel, and try to punch me in the face purposefully to ensure i would not forget to say "BeHInD YOu". Following seconds behind that team lead, another team lead, not knowing what happened but wanted to have his buddies side, started throwing snide comments, anger, a condescending tone and finally, a take away gossiped person (me) for all other employees to bond. My reply "you should speak to me privately where guests and eployees can not hear and see any drama." In fact after this it seemed their vendetta was set. To say I get upset, is an emotional attack on my self which had me stuttering and speechless and personally very very hurt. Management never, not once, had to speak to me privately, has me confused why they can push any words on me and my person of self. Blasphemous all around in the talking about me, videoing me with their phones, picture taking and watching business video recordings together in office to find ways to make me feel bad about my self until I "hopefully just quit" but in case she doesnt we will make reasons to fire her/me. All because I am a quiet, no nonsense, here to work and help and go home with the least amount of emotional crap of others dramas and my own words clouding my ethics and care. Quiet people can make others uncomfortable.
20+ years working around and with people in food industry and bar; ensured a constant accounting of where others station their bodies so I/we can stay safe moving around each other as team and helped my ability to multi task with a watchful care of where and how I can assist others for the best work enviornment mind set and a wonderful guest experience.
◇◇Violence of any form should not be tolerated at work. Physical or Mental
*"When A^^^^ asked about your body, you snapped and said, "Please don't ask me about my body again." -I do not see how setting a 'no personal questions boundary' with a coworker(s) and stranger(s) a problem but it is at Blaze Pizza.
I ask questions to make sure I understand. I give eye contact and open communication about my capabilities and ask questions always, to be able to work independently and together for our Blaze Pizza Team.
Not once reprimanded for idleness or laziness. Just an unwilling self to listen to the team leads and management talk smack about their employees, share employees personal life with anyone willing to listen, give eye looks and eye rolls to their favorites, and gossip over he said she said crap. My willingness to help any hours they needed (I asked what to put on my availability when I started what they needed most)
*No matter what task i was given, after completion, I would ask if i missed anything or what else needed to be done. Never wanting to push my load on the next person. Always giving more than %100 of myself to help your business how you asked.
If you are a mature person who likes to come to work, not have drama, not into flirting or jok

If you’re going to lock the doors prior to 10pm, should really consider just changing hours to reflect that. Normally I avoid being that guy that comes in before closing, but this time I pulled up at 9:47pm to pickup food for my wife who is stuck at the hospital working late. Crew in the store awkwardly keeping their eyes down when I tried to open the locked door.

I get that working in food service sucks, and you want to go home at the end of the day. So hopefully store managment will read this and can just change the closing time to 9:30pm or something. Employees get to go home a bit earlier, and customers aren’t fooled into showing up when the doors are locked.

The BEST gluten-free eating experience in the Fargo area! They have such a caring and patient staff that will make sure there's no cross-contamination for people with food allergies. They use new ingredients, have 2 gluten free crust options, dairy free cheese, and it's delicious! Can't recommend enough. (the picture looks a little cooked - but it's how I like it haha)

Dietary restrictions: Incredible gluten and dairy free service and options!

ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. Thank you for making the experience so enjoyable! Small batch homemade pizzas ready to eat! A favorite for the kiddos. You can build your own pizza with your choice of gluten free or regular crust, and plethora of fresh toppings. Finish with salt and oregano, olive oil or something else!

Kid-friendliness: Made the experience easy instead of stressful. Was very patient with the little ones and brought a smile to their face. They were excited to eat their own creative pizzas!
