Used to come here once a week. I have been watching the quality of ingredients slowly get worse since they got the new CEO early 2023. Pre shredded mozzarella tastes terrible, toppings getting VERY skimpy. The fresh mozzarella balls are no longer fresh, but are now pre sliced logs and you only get TWO per pizza? No more flaky sea salt either, and the prices went up over 10% across the board.
2 stars for the incredible sauce and crust, but the rest of the ingredients are getting worse every month. See photo, it’s not what it used to be…

Pizza was cold but still tasted good, delivery driver didn't bring my sprite and just shrugged and walked away. More of a delivery issue than a store issue. Hoping for a refund but not crossing my fingers

I eat here often enough to have decided to stop in after a long day at work and they had a fairly long line at the counter. The gal taking orders was very polite and organised. All-in-all I think it was maybe 30min from when I walked in, to placing my order, to walking out the door with my order in hand. VERY FAST considering the busyness! Recommended!
