Jelly Coffee tastes different every time I order. I feel like they're not consistent with how they are making it, same goes with other Flavors.

The service was quick. I liked the egg rolls. The rest of my food was rather bland. There was nothing particularly special about the Boba besides the fact that they offer a wide variety of options. Dining in wasn't the most pleasant experience. The tables are tiny and the music was playing so loud you couldn't carry a conversation.

Came in spur of moment. Super great. Lots of tea, coffee & juice options. Love the customized boba and jelly options. Quick service, easy to order on a screen in the shop.
I ordered a steak pho and a grapefruit boba tea. The steak was tender, the soup was very flavorful (I added all of the fixings they give you, All of the bean sprouts, the lime, and all of the basil) My only complaints with the pho was (insert lame joke here ) that there wasn't more available. The grapefruit boba was incredibly fresh, it didn't taste like a lot of sugar was added at all ( they're pretty responsive to how sweet you want your drink to be when they ask you.) and the chewy boba I got added a nice textural variety.
It's also very introvert friendly! They have ordering kiosks that have a simple, easy to navigate UI, after filling out my order, the food came out in a very reasonable time too.

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent boba order. Despite specifically asking for no ice, my drink was filled with ice. To make matters worse, I found a cup inside my drink! This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and attention to detail. I expect much better service, especially when simple requests like "no ice" are ignored. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

First time visiting today- super friendly staff, bubble teas and the pho were super tasty. Our orders came out pretty quickly even with the steady stream of customers. We will definitely stop by again!

First of all, I love this place. I always come here every other weekend and sometimes every week because they have the best milk tea in town. Today, July 26, 2024 the server was Alayna T. I ordered two drinks. When I was ordering, she already gave me a sassy attitude, and by the time she called my number, she put one of my drinks where you pick it up. I told her that I had two orders, and she said, "Right here, they put it on the other side." She gave me an attitude with the way she said, "Right here!" I said, "Oh, okay," and thanked her, but she didn't say anything. She gave me a mean look! What a sassy attitude! When I left the store, I felt really embarrassed and humiliated by her attitude. Most of the time when I come here to order, the other servers are nice. This is the first time this has ever happened to me! I will never come back to this place again, even though they have the best milk tea in town. So I'm giving a 1 star review because of her attitude.
