Sometimes when a business changes hands, service or quality may waiver, but never in this case. Boppa's is just as amazing and delicious as before, if not better! I have always ordered the same two sandwiches, and can always count on the quality being exactly the same each time I visit. Great food and fantastic, welcoming service. I put in an order for delivery today. One of the orders was mixed up. I called and spoke to the friendliest person who explained they would send out correct order in 15-20min. It really was only 15min!!! And the young man that dropped it off was so friendly and apologized for the mixup. Top notch staff and AMAZING BAGELS!!!!

The prices are astronomical! Yes the bagels are good but $17 for a veggie bagel sandwich in Fargo?! (Plus expecting customers to tip on top of that - for counter service?) For comparison the veggie bagel sandwich at the common bagel place in the Twin Cities is $7.89. I came for a sandwich but left with just a few bagels and cream cheese due to the prices.

Bagel counter was very dirty, plastic bags spread out on the counter, several on the floor and everything was sticky?!?! Self serve NO problem, very convenient and easy. When paying I used debit card and was prompted to sign receipt. There is a tip spot?? For what? I did everything myself and wasn't even greeted with a smile or a good morning. I said good morning and the employees continued talking amongst themselves. I WILL NOT BE BACK

Looked up places to have a good breakfast bagel sandwich while visiting the area. Stopped into Boppa’s and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Their breakfast sandwiches were amazing. Definitely a place to stop for breakfast.

Poor customer service. The products are amazing however way over priced. 6 bagels and 2 cream cheese was $35 and when I told him I couldn't tip him he became very rude. While we ate a bagel and cream cheese he kept watching us. I was very uncomfortable. Maybe its not right of me to tip him. But why am I tipping someone for being my cashier? Its not like I was getting a service from him. I picked my own items and he rang them up. I love their bagels but after this last time I was there I will never go back. Why the excessive prices?

Amazing got a Asiago bagel with garlic cream cheese! Lots of selections at least 15 cream cheese flavors personaly recommend the oreo cream cheese paired with a cinnamon bagel
