Amazing experience from start to finish. The food was hot, fresh, and seriously good — both the pizza and chicken were on point. Service was friendly and welcoming, and everything was ready fast. Highly recommend Boss Pizza & Chicken if you’re in Fargo!

During the day, during the evening, during the night. There was a significant change in morale! I could tell when Jordan Stepped in he had a customer focus! Then Jackson being the first impression when you walk in, i enjoyed it. This was a very great experience, and I would love to recognize these too for delivering great customer service and displaying the brand correctly! Things like this is what I look for as above leadership at Target! Keep up the good work, and I wish yall the best for end the year and future endeavors!

Our first time ordering and we were hesitant. Happily we relieved everything we ordered correctly and dinner was awesome. So our second and last time we ordered, it was the complete opposite. Our boneless wings were smothered in a sauce which was supposed to be a dipping sauce, our raspberry dessert pizza was dry, hardly had any topping on it except for the overuse of crumble, was baked too long considering it was chared on top and the crust tasted like cardboard. For our pizza, we decided to try the cauliflower crust. What a mistake. Dry, undersized, and over paid in my view. We weren't informed that comes in one size only. 9 inches. Also wasn't informed that it costs you an extra $3.00 plus tax. We called and attempted to speak with a manager and reluctantly after the third call he finally spoke with us. Not helpful, didn't care we were upset, he didn't try to resolve anything and by the time we were going to hang up he informed us that it wasnt his problem that we didn't know that a cauliflower crust pizza only come in an 9 inch and that's how everybody in town sells them. That we should be grateful. Grateful for that order, service, food, and experience is not the word that comes to mind. We will never order or recommend Bosses pizza. This is so disappointing!!

Love the food here got some of the best pizza in Fargo. It’s just really sad that the service is god awful, some of the meanest employees I’ve ever met won’t even talk to you. Also I can tell they use ai in their responses to reviews lol reflects the service you’re getting… Having all that said this place has a lot of potential and if they had better management and service it would be better

This was a positive experience, I didn't realize that the tracking wouldn't be on doordash so the delivery driver calling when leaving and as they arrived was helpful.
Jabari was a pleasure to talk with and told me about how you guys are or going to be doing standup/gig performances and maybe karaoke?(I forgot if that was mentioned) Either way it was interesting to find out about those things and I might get around to attending those nights to check it out.

Havnt eatin the food yet but the service was absolute trash. More staff than a hockey arena filled with fans and couldnt get their crap in order, not coming to this location again and wouldnt recommend it to people i hate either.

We had a company event here. Had rented the whole downstairs. Catered by Boss’s, food was great, bartenders Sarah and Amanda were outstanding and took care of all of our drink needs. Great environment to have a 50 person event. Chris is the GM, great guy!!!!!

1st & last time there! No greeting from rude girl behind counter, she didn't ask if I want any sauces, she didn't ask if it was for here to go. Shift change she leaves, guy was nice my mac n coz was cold and the second my hand touched that Filthy Ketchup bottle my restaurant OCD kicked in I got my $ back n left. New Mgr apologized but nope if they can't keep the bottles clean imagine the kitchen. Gordan Ramsey would close your doors!
