I bought Hoagie buns on Thursday two days later they were moldy. I called and was told they would replace them. Today I stopped in to get that replacement I was promised and was told they would not honor it. And told me that its normal for their bread to become moldy 48 hours after baking.
I have never gotten a bad thing from Breadsmith! Love that we have this gem in our area!
Smoked pizza using Breadsmith of Fargo pizza dough… 10/10 recommend!
