The rosemary garlic ciabatta, peasant buns, and spicy roasted red pepper pesto are amazing! Staff is friendly and helpful. Many bread selections on hand. The peasant buns are what I used in the photo to make a simple fruity snack. The spicy roasted red pepper pesto and rosemary garlic ciabatta make a great melt sandwich duo and smell amazing when you open them.

If I could give more stars I would! -I work with Fargo Public Schools and wanted our students to experience a real bakery setting in action for our bread unit. I called up Breadsmith on 32nd and pitched the idea of a small tour and maybe demo. The owner was so kind and jumped right on the opportunity! I was so blown away by the care they put in to their thorough demo and even let the students bring home individual pizza dough balls. Our students and parents went on about this unique experience for weeks. I cannot recommend this business enough. Thanks again Breadsmith!! :)

Jason and his team do an amazing job and provide a top notch service. We had a large order and he had it ready to go for us as agreed upon. Could not ask for better people to work with!

I have never gotten a bad thing from Breadsmith! Love that we have this gem in our area! Smoked pizza using Breadsmith of Fargo pizza dough… 10/10 recommend!

It’s been so long since I’ve had good actually sour sourdough. I got several other loaves while in the area and they were all excellent. Friendly staff too

They do not honor coupons. Area schools have coupon books for fundraising and when bringing in my coupon for pizza dough, they cited a holiday weekend as being the reason they cannot accept the coupon but there is nothing stated a coupon cannot be redeemed for such reason. This was my first time in breadsmith and it'll be my last.

Over priced and their items are hit or miss.

At some point they decided to start adding Reese's pieces to their "peanut butter" cookies, yet they still call them "peanut butter" cookies. Change the name of the cookie, it isn't hard.

Customer service is lacking too, the gal working didn't care their recipe doesn't mention the change. At least offer to buy them back.

Never buying bread from the grocery store again, I’ll be buying it here at bread smith. I’ve only tried the bread and cookies so far, but they are delicious! Great prices too!

Breadsmith is great!Upon entering, you’re hit with the wonderful smell of fresh baked bread (as expected). The staff greeted me upon entrance, and offered to answer any questions I had. I wasn’t bothered while I took my time looking at all the options, as it was my very first time stopping in.I grabbed two loaves, sliced. Both have been great! I’m excited to stop in again and try more option.Definitely priced on the higher side, but I really do feel you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves bread.
