Buffalo Wild Wings as a whole is great! This particular franchise well that’s another story. The host sat us down and then nothing. Literially nothing that’s was the end of my experience. After about 15 minutes we left no one came to the table. Did we get sat in a section with no server? Was our server in the weeds? If so why didn’t any of the servers standing around or the ones sitting with customers help them out. Very disappointing experience overall.

FIRE JASMIN!!!! i was just there, it took 30 minutes to get the bill after asking at we asked for it split in half clearly by the receipts you can see it is not half, she was so mean, walking away from our table with an attitude, was mad because the other working couldn’t but the right lib on the salt shaker, avoiding us, and her nails were stabbing me and my friend when handed things, i will never be coming again

Remember when BW3s used to be good? I do and this was not it. We got there about 8:30pm on a Monday in the summer, they were not busy at all. We were seated properly and our order was taken right away. After that it was nothing but a series of disappointments with the food and the service. When the server brought our food the forgot the fries and ranch. We started eating hoping to catcher our waiter..........who didn't reappear for about 25 mins. Never came around in that time to see if needed anything. My soda was empty before the food arrived So when he finally did come back around, we asked about the fries and a refill. He did promptly bring the fries but never came back with a my soda. Now for the food. This is what $15 worth of chicken, celery, and carrots looks like. I will not be back nor will my family.

I decided to get an Uber ride over for my birthday. Ordered 15 traditional wings and a large order cheese curds.I ended up being there for a while due to watching a game and the bartender ended up cutting me off because my total was too much?!!!! Wasn’t bothering her or anyone else, just keeping to myself….It wasn’t even up to 100 bucks and the last time i checked, inflation has made everything expensive and I came prepared, but no it was too expensive for the bartender for her to serve me anymore, and she knows because she made it clear that she’s been there for 19 years…..she definitely didn’t get a tip and I hope people stop tipping people like that….and people need to stop supporting businesses like this that make it sound like they’re not hurting for money, especially when they keep raising the cost on chicken. Been there many times and sadly I’m planning on not coming back here again.

Fast service alot of staff tending to customer needs. Plenty of TVs with all sport and channels.
I ordered a lg/regular side of cheese curds. I barely got a handful on my to-go order.

Went to watch the kentucky derby!! they were awesome and made sure it was on. Our server (josh?) maybe i can’t remember his name. He was awesome!! food came out super fast!
