I did not have a good experience when I order, the appetizers were good but the wings were over done either somebody didn't care or someone did a bad job maing the wings but it was disappointing considering the price you pay also..

It took almost an hr for us and the table behind us to get our food. It honestly wasnt even that busy, lots of empty tables still. When it was brought out it wasn't even warm. The waitress was nice but overall our satisfaction was very low with this Buffalo wild wings.

The restaurant was GROSS. 5 guys came to watch the Semifinals of the NCAA men’s basketball game and it took 45mins to get 3 order of wings and mozzarella sticks…and shocker….they came out cold. Told the waiter and he looked pissed and we had to find the manager to tell him. No apology just excuses that they were “slammed” and such. Then insult to injury, the waiter printed the receipt with all the food charged to it even though we sent majority of it back. Had to track him down and argue with him to take it off our bill. Will NEVER go back and caution anyone else to be wary of going.

Traditional wings have become the smallest wings around, comparable to dominos wings. Wings are rarely warm and are usually overcooked and like jerkey. Service and quality has steadily gone downhill over the last few years. Have a couple gift cards left and after that will not return. This is coming from someone (Me) who has been there hundreds of times over the past 15+ years and just cant kick the dead horse any longer.

Josh our waiter was wonderful. He did an amazing job with a party of 23 people. It was his helpers i dont even know if you would called them that being they looked like they hated there job everytime we asked them for help when Josh was busy. The lady waiters were so rude. Other than that Josh was amazing. If your do go here to eat request Josh's area.

Our server was kind and empathetic, it was how long it took our food to get to our table after we ordered. We waited over half an hour after we ordered our food while others who sat and ordered after us were served their food before us. With what they had to order most definitely took longer than what it would have taken to make our food.I'm disappointed with the kitchen staff.
