“I come to this Pizza Ranch in Dilworth a couple times a month for their buffet. The interesting thing about coming to Pizza Ranch is I seldom, if ever, come for their pizza. I usually am satisfied with the salad bar, mashed potatoes and fried chicken. The chicken served moves quickly off the buffet and is generally fresh and hot. However the gravy that comes on the side could use a little more flavor. The salad bar is small but adequate. With the purchase of your buffet a drink is included. My least favorite food item at Pizza Ranch is their pizza. I feel the crust is bland and the pizza is far from flavorful. However something about the Ham Pineapple Jalapeno seems to work.
The staff at this restaurant works hard at keeping the store clean and the tables clean.
Kid-friendliness: This is a pretty good place to bring kids for a buffet, pizza party or birthday party. They have two party/private rooms.“
