Coffee and food are great. I've had a few of their breakfast sandwiches and they've all been delicious. Inside has a nice and relaxing atmosphere, staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Gave me the wrong sandwich! Wanted the Elvis, even mentioned a substitution of cheddar cheese verses the pepper jack that comes on the Elvis. Was really looking forward to the bagel but got a wrap instead 😒 When I called to ask about the mistake, the only remedy was to drive clear back to their location and get the correct sandwich (I was home in my comfy chair)! Customer service has went out the window, it's disgusting how little businesses care 😑 On the plus side my Chia Latte was good!!

This coffee shop is inconsistent. Sometimes you get great coffee, other times not so much. For the premium price you pay, it should be consistent. Ordered a drink today and it was terrible, and I don’t say that lightly. Went in to request for it to be fixed and they said they wouldn’t and that I would need to pay for a new drink. Any reputable coffee shop would’ve fixed the order. Another time I brought my extended family to get coffee, and every hot coffee order only received milk in their drink - no coffee. Again, nothing was done for this.
Stopped in on our cross-country drive (October 11 am). Employee was doing an amazing job running the till, making coffees, and directing a new employee. Waited 20 min for two lattes and two scones as they were very backed up (one other person came in and ordered after me.. told her ‘the sooner the better’ and got hers right away while waiting at the counter. Don’t think subtle threats to employees are necessary. If you have time to stop for coffee, you have time to wait! Kudos to the girl working her butt off that morning.
