I’ve loved Bully Brew for years, the sandwiches and wraps are truly some of the best. However, this morning my boyfriend went in to grab breakfast and coffee for us and had a disappointing experience.
While ordering two breakfast wraps, he simply did not know whether the sauce came on the wrap or on the side, as one of the wraps was meant to have no sauce. So he asked to make sure that one came with no sauce. In response, the employee said, “Thank you for telling me how to do my job, I got it.”
My boyfriend is a very quiet, polite person and was completely caught off guard by this comment. He was only trying to clarify a small detail to ensure the order was correct. Ironically, both wraps ended up coming with no sauce.
It may seem minor, but the response was unnecessary and uncomfortable. I truly love the food and coffee, but if this is the type of customer service we can expect, we’ll unfortunately take our business elsewhere.

The wait was FAR too long. I was waiting for 45 plus minutes for a coffee and three bagels. Granted there are only two girls working so I feel very bad, but the owners need to definitely hire more people because this is actually insane.

Gave me the wrong sandwich! Wanted the Elvis, even mentioned a substitution of cheddar cheese verses the pepper jack that comes on the Elvis. Was really looking forward to the bagel but got a wrap instead 😒 When I called to ask about the mistake, the only remedy was to drive clear back to their location and get the correct sandwich (I was home in my comfy chair)! Customer service has went out the window, it's disgusting how little businesses care 😑 On the plus side my Chia Latte was good!!

This coffee shop is inconsistent. Sometimes you get great coffee, other times not so much. For the premium price you pay, it should be consistent. Ordered a drink today and it was terrible, and I don’t say that lightly. Went in to request for it to be fixed and they said they wouldn’t and that I would need to pay for a new drink. Any reputable coffee shop would’ve fixed the order. Another time I brought my extended family to get coffee, and every hot coffee order only received milk in their drink - no coffee. Again, nothing was done for this.
