I placed an order at Burger King um, ordering 6 raps and the mushroom bacon burger combo 3 of those and I only got the mushroom bacon burger with no bacon and 3 reps. I called back to complain and the manager. Our employee said that I never ordered it. Hmm, well, I clearly did she just didn't pay attention this was in the evening
I decided to update my review on this place because they have made some improvements and changes in the time that I left this original review which I will leave in this review. The parking lot situation has drastically improved, and the hours at this place along with their employees have also improved.
4/5 stars.⭐️
Original Review: [3/5 ⭐️]I usually come here after work when the grocery store is closed or insanely busy, the customer service is superb and top-tier compared to all other fast food restaurants in the area (that I’ve been to). The only reason two stars is deducted is this location also has the worst parking lot ever. I’ve never seen such a bad parking lot, heck I’m surprised my car didn’t pop a tire in the potholes. Or at the very least damage the bottom of my car. I hate to complain about that since the employees are just so pleasant but the parking lot needs to be fixed before someone really does wreck a part of their car. The food and the people here are 9.8/10 but the parking lot drops the rating down to atleast a 5 or 6/10. (Photos incoming)

Good food, came slow but the staff handled it well. Prices are reasonable for modern standards. Location was clean for the most part but the bathrooms were the dirtiest I have ever experienced. Will definitely keep coming back nonetheless

Much better food here than what you'd get at McDonald's

Very slow speed. No sense of urgency with customers waiting in the lobby or drive thru. Understaffed? Or just a lackadaisical attitude? People seem friendly enough for the most part.
Self service kiosks don’t work. Pop machine in the restaurant doesn’t work. Ketchup dispenser doesn’t work. Have to ask for ketchup packets.

The 19th Avenue location still hasn't gotten its feet under it since reopening. They were out of ice and all 0 sugar soda. Then they messed up every burger order I had put in through the app.

The good:
We walked in to a clean restaurant. The staff were all dressed appropriately and clean, and they were friendly and professional the entire time we were there. Service was quick, and food was handed to us about as quickly as expected. Fries and burgers were hot and fresh.
The Not-So-Good:
Firstly, every drink in the machine was unavailable, both in the lobby and behind the counter, except for regular Coke, Dr.Pepper, and power-ade, and, I assume, water. No flavors were available.
The ketchup in the lobby dispenser was almost water, and would just run right off the fries.
My daughter did not recive her apple juice with her kids meal.
While we were eating, a guest from the drive thru came to the counter with a large drink and set it down, asked if she could get diet coke, and was told the diet coke is gone. The guest said "so you just gave me regular Coke?" to which she was told "Yes."
I can't help but to think that this is something she should have been told before even being given the wrong drink. Personally, I cannot have sugary drinks, but thankfully the guest readily accepted an alternative.
All-in-All, I'd have to say almost all of the not-so-good stuff probably has nothing to do with the staff that were there, doing the best they could with what they had, and I find very little fault with them. I thought the staff on duty were Great, and I think the positives of my experience today for outweigh the few negative ones. I'm looking forward to coming back again.
Kid-friendliness: No indoor playground here, but they do have the little game screens for the kids to play on

No need to make a complaint and get a coupon mailed for a burger with a dry bun and dirt on it. Just never go there until they can ship all the people from out of state back from where they came. Then maybe we can go back to some moral reputations with a pride in a good product

Spent more than 10 minutes at the drive through when I was the only car there. This shit is ridiculous... The person handling the food didn't wear gloves either...
Update! Got the burger wrong too. But thanks for the free cookie I guess
