Hadn't been to Burger King ? for awhile so thought we'd chance it as their Onion rings ALWAYS used to be worth the trip. That's the case,,USED TO BE. WHAT HAS HAPPENED??? PARKING LOT made place seem closed. No cars.... going into BK there only was 1 customer. All tables were EMPTY BUT CLEAN! NO WAIT at counter but still food should have BEEN ? BUT WAS NOT and we sat right NEXT to COUNTER AREA.. I had ordered a plain cheese burger with ? while my wife ordered cheese burger with onion rings that she loves so much. She has vowed not to return and so have I!! Not a huge fan of COLD FOOD ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE NO OTHERS AROUND TO SERVE. WE HAD TO WAIT ON OUR FOOD TOO...THAT MAJES NO SENSE EITHER!! SUPPOSED TO HAVE IT YOUR WAY??? DIDN'T HAPPEN OUR WAY, THAT'S FOR SURE!!ONLY 1 MORE CUSTOMER SHOWED UP WHILE WE WERE STILL THERE..THINK THE COUNTER GAL NEEDED SOMEONE TO TALK TO..SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR FOOD ON THE COOLER SIDE BURGER KING may be where you want to go... while we definitely will not be going there again that doesn't mean you don't have to stay away!! Best of luck with your food if you do venture there.were there..not MUCH to say about the food ..maybe things will get turned around?!?!??Parking: VERY HUGE EMPTY DARK PARKING LOT AS OURS ONLY VEHICLE THERE WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG ?? TO US BOTH!!Wheelchair accessibility: LOTS OF PLACES TO SIT AS PLACE EMPTY AT 7 PM!!!

Ordered online for pickup. Was 4 mins away. My crispy chicken sandwich obviously had been sitting for quite sometime also did not get bacon on or bbq sauce, also their frozen coke machine didn’t work and fries were just warm. Will never go to this Burger King again.

Literally sat at the drive thru for 25 min waiting to order. Then another 15 min waiting for food. Absolutely

If I could give 0 stars I would this was the poorest awrvice I've ever had they stopped taking our order in the drive through and then someone else came to take our order did the same thing. Finally we were able to place our order but they charged us on 2 different tickets and didn't even get everything we ordered. We then tried to place another order for the first items they missed and they still didn't get it right. Don't waste your time coming here

So my chicken sandwich was missing chz I came back no issues fixed my chicken sandwich fresh and added my chz even gave me free cookies the manger and cashier was very nice even the cook came to apologize..... Keep up the good work

Though this location is quite old it still has some of the best food for a bk in town. Also it's convenient along with being open late makes it's a big plus! The staff is also super great!

My friend and I went there at 6pm on a Saturday. It took 30 min to get our food even though there was no one in line and my friend found a hair in his burger.
$14.00 for a whopper, fries, and a large drink. I get a stale bun and fries that were so salty my blood pressure went up.

Ridiculous rush. Placed my order and waited 30 minutes before my friend had to go up and ask for our food. Here it had been in the heater for no idea how long. 4 or 5 people who came I'm AFTER us got their food first. Simple 2 meals took way too long. Fries were half salty and soggy. Burgers weren't even warm even after being under the heater. Not really sure well come here again.

When we got in there was only one group of 4 and three people in the kitchen, the till lady was super nice and the window guy stad on top of things, those two i would consider good works but let's get to the part where I started getted disappointed, I walk every I go so it takes a bit to get places so I left home at 7:30 I was standing in this line waiting for my food for an HR we got in there at 8 and didn't leave till 9 the guy in the kitchen was wearing no gloves touched raw meat and everyone's food, didn't offer us a drink or free fry for the wait, then my bf and I wake up with food positioning. It's great food just wish they at least took food precautions beacause no one wants to have to feel like that
