Very rare do I stop to grab breakfast on my way to work. I decided to stop here as I had extra time today while trying to order they did not have their breakfast menu changed from their lunch/dinner menu. When trying to order, I asked if they had their cheesy tots I was yelled at by the person who was taking my order that they did not have them. I tried To let them know that they were not displaying their breakfast menu as to why I asked about cheesy tots. The guy continue to raise his voice telling me that they did not and will not be making them. I told him I understood but reiterated that they are not showing their breakfast menu.. Once I got to the window to pay, I tried to explain to him again that they are not displaying their Breakfast menu. The guy then raised his voice again stating that he was not making Cheesy tots He was very rude very loud yelling. Very disappointed in customer service as well as the person who is working, you should not be yelling at your customers when they are trying to let you know something.

The cashier tonight was a very nice girl and she got my order right first time. However I paid for the 8 piece chicken fries and received 6 in a half which sucked because I wanted to split them in 4s for my small children. The fries weren't fresh and in the middle of one small medium fry was a bunch of salt I mean a lot of salt. They got busy during my wait but the manager seemed to have an unapproachable frustrated attitude

Drive thru takes Forever… not organized at all

Waited over ten minutes to order at the drive through. There was no one ahead of me in line. A car that pulled up two minutes after me got to order and had their food before I ordered. I then sat for another ten minutes to get my food. I ordered two sandwiches and a fry. I enjoy burger king food, but this kind of service is going to make me go back to McDonald's.

Went through the drive through quick service. Great food allin all great experience
Always seem to be short staffed. Don't work the drive thru very fast or in the correct order. Was handled very rudely over the mic system.

My food took slightly longer than normal and the manager explained the staff were new- they were an amazing bunch of employees. Eager and friendly and it was really refreshing. It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten such great service at a fast food drive through in a long time! They deserve some credit! And I really didn’t wait all that long anyway!

If I could choose 0 stars then I would. They only got 2 things right on my order, I tried calling them to tell them what happened and of course no one answered then the phone sounded like it went to a fax machine!!! This is after I waited 20 min for my food to be walked to my car!! They are lucky no one answered the phone because now I’m even more pissed than before. I should just go back there and give them a piece of my mind!!

Don't order the mozzarella stcks. You'll waste your money like I did. I waited extra (had to go wait out front while at the drive thru) only to be given overcooked sticks with all the cheese out of them. Now I see why people avoid BK now.
