Why did you switch your fries? The ones you serve now are awful. Haven’t eaten there in a while and someone told me that you switched back. Ate there just the other night and I won’t be back, fries I threw away. I used to eat there at least once a week.

We googled the best fast food places in each state and are trying to stop in as many as we can along our road trip across the country. Burger Time was listed as North Dakota’s best fast food place. There aren’t many locations, but fortunately there were a couple along our route. There is no inside for ordering or sitting, but it looked like there was a walk up window and there were a few tables for sitting outside, but it was far too windy while we were there. We got the chipotle ranch burger, cheese curds and a corn dog to share.
The pros: everything was definitely fresh. There was no one else at the location when we arrived, but we still had to wait a few minutes at the window after paying to receive our food. The cheese curds were good; a good breading with lots of cheese although a bit greasy. The sauce on the chipotle ranch burger was also good.
The cons: the chipotle ranch burger wasn’t anything special and the patty was thin and not juicy despite being greasy. All of the food was very greasy and all the wrappers and the bag were dripping with grease. The parking lot was covered in deep pot holes with no way to avoid them. There wasn’t really any structure or visible lines within the parking lot, so i imagine if it was busy it would be a bit chaotic.
The corn dog didn’t really fit as a pro or con for me. Overall, I liked it, but it was a bit too crispy, sweet, and greasy for me to order it again.

One of my favorite places to get food when I am hanging out with friends. Their Chipolte Ranch burger is amazing! I have eaten here probably a few too many times... and have yet to have a bad experience here!
About the only complaint I would have is their parking lot is a lil rough... but what parking lot in town isn't rough in some spots.
Definitely plan on continuing to come back. The food is always amazing and the service is always top notch!
Went today, got the Thursday special. All daily "specials" prices are incorrect, staff is aware but can't do anything about it due to the specials sign not being something that can be altered. They asked what sauce for the chicken sandwhich, I requested chipotle, got chipotle and mayo(?) for some reason. Inedible. Paid with cash, yet was still charged the upcharge for using a credit card. I don't know why I continue giving this store a chance, granted those chances are far fewer than before. This used to be THE spot for cheap, great burgers. Now it's where you go for disappointment instead of nostalgia.
Very good burgers. Had the mushroom and Swiss burger with some very good onion rings. Just a small place.

My past 2 experiences have not been the greatest. Twice I ordered a 5 piece fried pickles and only recieved 1 pickle. The last visit ordered the same thing and again recieved 1 pickle this time I brought it up to the crew they fixed BUT charged me AGAIN AFTER I showed them the receipt proving I paid for 5. The crew they have are not friendly at all they are snobby and rude. Only the fargo location is like this.
