We had to wait to order while the employees stood around chatting. The tables and chairs weren’t real clean. The chocolate croissant tasted stale.

Ordered a dark roast plain black Caribou Coffee. I love coffee and all kinds of coffee and this was absolutely the worst coffee I have ever had. It wasn't too bitter it wasn't too sweet it wasn't too hot it wasn't too cold it was just terrible tasting coffee and left a bad taste in my mouth.

WELL STAFFED which is a nice change for a Caribou. It made for a nice relaxed atmosphere as opposed to feeling like I'm in an understaffed emergency room trying to rush me thru.

Edited: This used to be my favorite caribou in Fargo and I almost always tip because of that, but since the new pos systems have been installed (the ones they can see if you tip or not while standing at the register) every time when I haven’t tipped my order has been completed wrong.

Nice seating area. Big table. The baristas were nice and quick getting out orders.
Just went throught the Drive through to pick up a mobile order, the drive through was empty. The employee chewed us out for submitting the mobile order and come so quick to pick it up. Yes I submitted it right before pulling up to the speaker, I did this because there was NO line and we had coffees with a lot of special requests added. If there was a line I wouldn't have do it this way...did not appreciate being chewed out.

I went thru the drive thru, the young lady who took my order was very nice and patient with me. I have always had a great experience with your employees except for the young lady who works day shift at the Hornbacher 's on Sheyanne. She wad I believe to be hispanic or Indian, but she wasn't pleasant at all, she was extremely rude to the gentleman in front of me, and he was patient with her. She did not get his order right and I think it pissed her off, but he was extremely patient and just took what she had made for him. Then she was very stand offish to me and I think said 2 words to me. I told her thank you and she did not reply.

Was a good drive thru experience. They didn't have any French Vanilla but they still made one by mixing a couple of the already have ingredients. It's was pretty good tasting right up there with a Tim Hortons one.
