Whoever has been taking orders/serving drive- thru has been one of the nicest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll come back just for future interactions because it’s hard to find such great authenticity. Obviously, the turkey bacon mini and espresso shakers are amazing as well. Also the milk bar cookies are to die for!!! Keep being amazing! It’s noticed!!!! <3

Unfortunately, Caribou Coffee isn't available in the Texas Panhandle soil decided to try it for the first time while traveling through Fargo, North Dakota. The Turtle Mocha was Outstanding!! I'll definitely try a few other items on their menu before I resume driving to Montana. Visited on 7.9.2025.. Returned on 7.10.2025 and had the Mint Condition Mocha, which was Awesome!!

I stopped here while on vacation. I highly recommend the campfire mocha cooler, it is delicious!! The service was quite fast and the drinks themselves are quite a bit cheaper than other places like Starbucks or scooters. The workers were also very nice and friendly. There was plenty of open seating and some outdoor seating too. Highly recommend this coffee shop!

They don't sell real coffee, they sell sugary junk with an espresso shot. Kind of embarrassing coffee is in the name. This is on the level of dutch bros in California, just overpriced and not very good. If you want actual coffee search elsewhere.
We had to wait to order while the employees stood around chatting. The tables and chairs weren’t real clean. The chocolate croissant tasted stale.

Ordered a dark roast plain black Caribou Coffee. I love coffee and all kinds of coffee and this was absolutely the worst coffee I have ever had. It wasn't too bitter it wasn't too sweet it wasn't too hot it wasn't too cold it was just terrible tasting coffee and left a bad taste in my mouth.

WELL STAFFED which is a nice change for a Caribou. It made for a nice relaxed atmosphere as opposed to feeling like I'm in an understaffed emergency room trying to rush me thru.
