Ordered a dark roast plain black Caribou Coffee. I love coffee and all kinds of coffee and this was absolutely the worst coffee I have ever had. It wasn't too bitter it wasn't too sweet it wasn't too hot it wasn't too cold it was just terrible tasting coffee and left a bad taste in my mouth.

WELL STAFFED which is a nice change for a Caribou. It made for a nice relaxed atmosphere as opposed to feeling like I'm in an understaffed emergency room trying to rush me thru.

I went thru the drive thru, the young lady who took my order was very nice and patient with me. I have always had a great experience with your employees except for the young lady who works day shift at the Hornbacher 's on Sheyanne. She wad I believe to be hispanic or Indian, but she wasn't pleasant at all, she was extremely rude to the gentleman in front of me, and he was patient with her.
