I ordered a caramel espresso shaker. It was served to me with curdled milk & smelled like maybe the milk was expired. I went back and asked if it could be remade because the milk smelled spoiled & curdled. They literally shook it up, put it in a new cup & handed it back to me and acted like they remained my whole drink. And it still smelled like rotten milk.

The manager is very childish with trying to sabotage other business around when purposely parking car in front of car wash intentionally blocking it so people can not get into car wash. Very unprofessional.

The manager is super inappropriate with how she parks right in front of the Casey’s car wash. When people ask her politely to move her car she becomes very rude. This is an issue everyday.

Never had a problem at the 19th & University location, including today. Only problem I had is with how fake and snotty the drive through chick was. That's the only reason I couldn't give a higher rating. Coffee was better than I was expecting. Nothing wrong with my sandwich.
