I love caribou and their match but the last few times i have gone my drinks have been like 3/4 full. It’s really starting to piss me off becuase 7-8$ for a drink is outrageous and then it not being full makes it worse.

Ordered a large dark chocolate cooler and when I went to pick it up it was dripping a lot and making a mess. Just messy but very good besides that.

I love the mobile app. I place the order and can pick up and be on my way, no waiting involved. Super quick and aqurate every time. Plus the rewards are pretty good too!

I like that there is a Caribou Coffee in Memorial Union on campus. I am still getting used to customizing my drink orders, because they don't have some of the things that Starbucks has, but I'm sure I will figure it out. They do have items that Starbucks doesn't have. I love the Maple Waffle Sandwich, & I can't resist pumpkin spice anything to drink!The guy who is usually the cashier is super friendly. I honestly don't understand how anyone can be that cheerful in the morning, lol, but he must have the energy that I am lacking! Either way, I appreciate his kindness. I don't have any real opinions about the rest of the employees because I don't interact with them, except to get my order and say thanks. I'm sure they are all really nice and valuable employees.

Vegetarian options: From the All Day Breakfast menu on the app, I have seen:1. Gluten-Free Spinach, Artichoke, Egg & Provolone2. JUST Egg™, Roasted Tomato & Pesto FlatbreadThere are bagel options, bakery items, oatmeal options, and snacks & sweets.Of course, there are the drink menu options.

Parking: I usually just park at Memorial Union. I don't have a parking pass, so I just pay for however long I will be on campus.

Wheelchair accessibility: I haven't paid any attention to the wheelchair accessibility, but I'm positive they have it, because it would be considered discriminatory to not have wheelchair access to the building where Caribou Coffee is located.

I'm not a complainer, I work in the food industry so i know how it goes and what they probably deal with. But seriously? I ask for LIGHT ice, and my cup was completely filled with JUST ice. Here's my SMALL drink mind you, and how much coffee I received after I drained it in a normal size coffee cup. Doesnt even fill it up halfway!! What?? I paid $6 for a cup of ice. Never again!

I ordered chai latte but it was hilarious. I can’t say how it tasted.
