Visited this coffee shop inside the family fare,no one was there to serve us for about 10 to 15 minutes. When she finally came in (a lady by the name Braeden S) took our orders we paid and sat down to eat as we had ordered some food from the family fare Cafe next. When our coffee was ready she did not let us know that the orders were ready or even have the courtesy to bring it to our table. When I finally went to enquire she casually pointed to the drinks on the far end of the table where she was serving from. No apologies no nothing. When I asked why she never brought the drinks to us she said she doesn't serve but a minute later on I see her serve coffee to a group next to the table where my wife and I were seated. Am left wondering did she refuse to bring our coffee to the table because we were black? Because the group next table were all white. Rating it 1 star because that's the lowest google can allow me! If we had a negative rating you could definitely have gotten it.

The team in side family fare at the Caribou coffee is very reliable. Very customer, friendly and warm.
I usually love all my experiences with Caribou however today was not one of them. I arrived and only one gal was working. I stood at the ordering area for 12 minutes before I was even greeted or acknowledged. Being busy is completely understandable as a previous fast food worker I understand, however it is important to still make sure you acknowledge your customers. She had poor customer service, a lack of eye contact and didn’t seem like she was interested in helping me. In total I waited for 19 minutes for my one drink. My drink was well made however I probably won’t be returning to this location as customer service is also extremely important.

Kind and curtious staff, happy hr starts at 4 or 5pm every day.price can't be beat.Quality matches that of Star bucks.Definitly worth checking out.I had no complaints usually only 1 person working please consider leaving a tip.
