Have had good and bad experiences with staff in the past. Overall a good place to get coffee. I prefer Caribou to Starbucks. Love the seasonal flavors. For fast food Caribou food is always delicious.
A nice gathering area. Clean. Enough seating. Struggled to visit over grinding ice.
Parking: Somewhat busy but parking was available and easy to approach store.

Not friendly coffee wasn’t not how it usually made other caribou it will be last time I will go there hope others are not like this…… ordered turtle mocha cooler and this is what I got Paula hope u change your altitude towards others that are not the same
Was in the lobby waiting for 10 mins. I even stood in the line to talk to a CC person but it was pretty busy in there and left again to see if anyone was at caribou. I didn’t want to be rude and yell for someone so I decided to call them and a woman answered and I asked if they were open and she responded with “excuse me? We’re open at 6” with attitude and then someone heard me on the phone and decided to check if there was a costumer. The girl that took the order was super sweet tho! 15 mins in total to get a coffee when there was no one in line other than me. I was running late for my nail appointment so I was getting my girl and I some coffee and I was way more behind after stopping here. Absolutely not
