Chef's Table catered for both our groom's dinner and our wedding. Truly a FANTASTIC experience! The food was outstanding and we were showered with compliments on the flavors. The staff were so kind and efficient with zero questions asked of the bride & groom and zero hiccups serving. Could not have asked for a better or smoother experience. Less than impressed with the food. Originally I wanted a buffet than felt pushed to plated. Got the invoice and didn’t realize we were charged over 3$ per plate cause your charged more for having one plate. Come to the wedding the NU strip- doesn’t look nor taste like one. Everyone and even other food companies I have ties with said that’s a prime rib we were served. Food was cold. Carrots weren’t cooked all the way. Brought this up with the sales staff about my concerns and felt like I was gaslight. One of the excuses was that the plates came back empty however. When a lot of my guest had complained to me. I didn’t finished my food as I couldn’t even cut the meat with a butter knife. It’s a wedding people are starving and will eat. Food was cold, I will give them props it was good but not worth the money spent. They way they do their ny strips I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew it was basically a prime rib. Only reason I went with this caterer is cause this is the only one allowed by the venue. If I could go back I would change venues based on the food.

From numerous attempts for us to make full payment well before the due date we finally received their electronic link for payment 7 days before the wedding. We found the sales staff to be condescending and unprofessional, we had attempted phone calls and voicemails with not attempt to reach back out to us. As far as the food we found the chicken was warmish the sauce was good, guests were saying the green beans were very undercooked, and the Swedish Meatballs were mushy. We did find the salad was good. None of this should reflect the staff that served during our reception, they were very polite, courteous, timely, and well organized for a large event! Considering they are the sole catering company for our event space, based on our experience we would have chosen a different catering company due to the sales staff.
