We had Chef's Table Catering for our wedding. Right from the start we found it discouraging that it was so difficult to pay in cash because it was inconvenient for them since they have an office but work remotely. From numerous attempts for us to make full payment well before the due date we finally received their electronic link for payment 7 days before the wedding. We found the sales staff to be condescending and unprofessional, we had attempted phone calls and voicemails with not attempt to reach back out to us. As far as the food we found the chicken was warmish the sauce was good, guests were saying the green beans were very undercooked, and the Swedish Meatballs were mushy. We did find the salad was good. None of this should reflect the staff that served during our reception, they were very polite, courteous, timely, and well organized for a large event! Considering they are the sole catering company for our event space, based on our experience we would have chosen a different catering company due to the sales staff.

They were always very responsive and kind to any questions or concerns that we had. Their food was fantastic and we had so many compliments from our guests on how good it was. We did a buffet style meal, and they were able to get nearly 200 guests through the line in no time at all. Everything went so smooth. They were the catering company last night at The Armory in Moorhead and did a fantastic job. Lissa kept the staff moving so fast and smooth that the packed venue went through the food lines in no time! Everyone at our table was very happy with their experience. They kept up with picking up and were all so incredibly friendly. Huge bonus when they brought out stacks and stacks of pizzas at the end of the night.

Chef's Table catered our wedding and we got so many compliments on how good the food was!! The planning process for the meal was easy and the staff was very responsive to any questions I had. The meal itself felt like a banquet and the staff helped move everyone through the buffet line in a quick efficient way. We had planned for an hour and a half for our meal because we thought it would take a while to get over 200 people through the buffet line. But the staff was so efficient that we ended up being a half hour ahead of schedule! We were also given the option to save our leftovers or donate them to a local shelter. We loved working with a local company that gives back to the community where they can. Thank you Chef's Table!!
