So I went to cherry berry the other day while I was in town with my daughter for a volleyball competition. A man that works there he is a shorter chubby guy with brown hair, he tried to take a photo of my daughters behind while she was in a volleyball uniform. I called him out for it and made him delete the photo, almost called the police and now I know I will NEVER be back to cherry berry if that is the people you employ. i'm absolutely disturbed and horrrified for if this has happened to other children/teens.

Been here about 6 times and every single time the machines just don't work. Maybe 1 out of every 5 flavors will give you frozen yogurt. The other 4 will gaslight you into thinking you don't know how to push down a lever.

I went there and nothing was working. they also were out of the large cups after they opened an hour earlier. The machines BARELY worked. It took a few minutes just for me to get a tiny bit of the frozen yogurt out of the machine!
They closed early, were very rude to us. There was about 5 girls coming in and they cut them off. They could’ve made a lot of money…

They unfortunately put all the toppings away 20 minutes before closing and didn’t notify any of the costumers in there. When asked if the toppings were coming back he responded shortly and didn’t apologize to the customers for the inconvenience.
