Chick fil a food is super good… but the drive through service has gone downhill. After remodeling they made one drive through lane and instead of being able to order at the screen you have to wait for the person with the ipad. We have been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes now because they have one person taking orders on her little ipad. She has had to call another person outside multiple times now. It shouldn’t take 2 people to click buttons on a ipad. This has created a longer wait time. Honestly really disappointed in the service all together and I do not know if I will be back.??

First time and my food was barely warm. The inside was dirty, garbage cans overflowing. Finally a young lady started to wipe tables, brushing the crumbs onto the booth where people needed to sit. Left garbage on the floor. Won't be going back since they don't seem to care about their food or the cleanliness of their place.

On 03.25.24 at approximately 9:12 (12 minutes after the store closed) I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order. After parking directly in front of their side door used for mobile orders. I exited the vehicle where I noticed a minimum of five employees walking about. They glanced up looked at me proceeded to have a brief conversation amongst one another from across the lobby and behind the register But at no point in time did anybody give me more than a glancing look. No one came to the door, no one yelled through the door to tell me that they did not have the DoorDash order, no one even made hand gestures in my direction to attempt to communicate with me. Everyone walked about the lobby as though they did not see me. I gently knocked on the glass door, everyone looked up looked at me and then continued as though I didn't exist.I would have been content with someone stepping to the glass door and yelling (without opening it) "We don't have any orders to be picked up at this time." But I didn't even get that level of civility. They treated me as if I was no more than a door-to-door salesman intruding upon their evening even though, they were still clocked in working.Apparently, all the legendary Chick-fil-A customer service ends the moment they're closed regardless whether or not they're still working as a paid employee. I would have expected this from other fast food establishments, but not Chick-fil-A. Please... Do better.

Would rate 0 if I could. We went through the drive thru tonight and ordered and paid just fine. Was asked to pull to the front of the store in the drive thru parking spots as they were waiting on the grilled nuggets. After waiting about 10-12 minutes they locked the doors and started closing. Still had not received our food so we went back to the drive thru window and all the workers said were closed. I showed my receipt and said we never got our food. They all were staring and laughing. I sat there for 5 minutes trying to get their attention. Just laughing away.SO unprofessional and beyond disgusting.I have never seen people that disrespectful.I expected more out of a company that promotes great customer service. SICKENING!!
