I’m a lifelong fan of chipotle… they are one of the few food brand that haven’t cut corners with their food quality. However this is a honest review of this location… The food and location here is the only thing that keeps this place open. The service is the worst of any location in town, the staff is consistently rude, have bad attitudes no matter if you’re ordering online or in person. Every time I’ve placed an online order to avoid the exceptionally rude staff the order takes 15-20 minutes longer than the app projects. Unfortunately this store produces a consistently bad experience. I come back because it’s in a convenient location but if there was another options closer to me, I would take it every time.

Took 20 minutes to go through 4 people. Was disorganized and slow, had to get new sour cream, chips, fajitas, etc. Rice was soggy and chicken was so charred it was crunchy.

Stopped by 1/2 hour to closing on a BOGO day. The staff were pleasant and friendly, the food was good and I was happy with the service. Especially since it had sounded like a very busy day and most of them had been working since the morning. Props to the workers! Thank you for a good experience ☺️

Stood for 5 minutes up to order while 3 employees were in the kitchen area and did not get acknowledged until I finally asked if someone could take my order. One person said “Yup, as soon as that person gets back”. Stood there for another minute and no one helped. The back area was a mess. I walked out and over to Crisp Green. They took my order with a smile and I was out in less than 3 minutes. Guess who has my business.

Rude, unorganized, mismanaged mess. I've never seen so many people work so inefficiently. Went through the trouble of going inside, and was told certain menu items are online only. Despite the workers being mere feet away from each other, no consideration was given. 30min of waiting to receive half an order. Never greeted, never thanked. For me, never again... They should consider new management.

Stopped in at this location. Got there right at opening. Half the normal items weren’t available and had open spots on the serving line. Rice was crunchy. Like it was saved from the day prior or undercooked. Everything in the burrito tasted like it was reheated. Lastly. The bathroom was a mess. Trash was over flowing and there was no toilet paper. Overall. Far and away the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle at any location. If it can’t be managed to standard then close the location. No need to post the link the the Chipotle website. I already have.
Does the higher ups never check on this location? They need to get fired first.

The food is good and in a good portion of the staff was very pleasant and they had a good number of workers that seemed to all get along. The dining area was a little unkept but when it got crowded they cleaned all of the tables.

The speed of service was severely slow. From the time I was up to order to check out for - burrito was 20 minutes. I purser a double steak burrito and it was inedible. Every other bite was chunks of fat and the steak was under cooked. Never coming back. Time was 520pm on a Sunday night.
