Absolutely filthy. Poop smeared all over the bathroom that you could tell had been there for DAYS. No toilet paper, no ice, no napkins, no straws.

If you are in Fargo don’t go here this place is the worse, the food prep area is dirty, the cashier act like he doesn’t want to be there. When I to him I have two bowls he only run up one and then looked at me like I was the one who didn’t inform him about the second bowl. Having to deal with them isn’t worth waiting for the food. I would highly not recommend this location.

This location is so filthy, tables aren’t wiped down and trash is overflowing. I can’t imagine how many things are overlooked in the back. Will never return.

The staff here was friendly and quick, which I definitely appreciated. But the food quality just isn’t where it should be. My friend and I ordered different kinds of chicken, yet both tasted the same and strangely sweet—almost like they got mixed up. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely not what we expected. Hoping they can dial things in a bit more because I usually love Chipotle!

Parking: Plenty of spots in a shared free lot.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs and room for kids.

An employee had their 2 year old (estimated) alone, unsupervised the dining area playing with a cup while she worked behind the counter. When asked about it by another employee, the response was “my kid is the one playing with a cup—whatever keeps him entertained”. Odd to begin with, but she literally left the kid to toddle around the dining area with guests. Food was decent and the service was just ok. The employee kid in the lobby was just plain odd. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to enjoy my food or make sure he didn’t get into the trash, run out the door, or otherwise get into mischief.

Very poor customer service. The place was trashed. Trash cans overflowed. Trash on the floor, food on the tables. The place didn’t have any rice beans or meat ready. Second location we came to and it was the same thing. Workers did not have it together. Never again.

This place is atrocious. Whoever is the general manger at this place needs to do some serious management training. I work at Pancheros and when we are getting slammed the staff runs the store just fine with 4 workers, this place had 6. 4 of the workers were not on line. I believe the manager (she had blue hair) was being really bossy for no reason. She keep telling her employees, “Allie needs me to talk to you guys about stuff.” This is irrelevant when the line is almost to the door. They were talking loud about it for no reason. She also was not using a cutting glove and putting meat she cut that was not on the tray back onto the red cutting board. One of the other workers (long hair curly haired, not in a bun but in a hat) was standing in the online make line playing with a bag of chips and pop. We were in line for 35 minutes and from that time he went to the back bag chips, and played with a soda can. There also was another worker on the online station and she was doing really good and being efficient with online orders. One of the other workers (glasses, and pink hair) was saying that they needed overtime and that’s the only reason they are there? I dont know that might not have been the case but something with overtime. The lady that helped us on line I felt terrible for. It looked like it was her first day, and no else was helping her and it was just bad. It looked like it was her first day. My burrito was not wrapped very good either. It was way too thick and it just wasn’t that good. The lobby was also very disgusting for a food establishment, it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in hours. The bathrooms were absolutely horrid, toilet had pee stains, toilet paper on the floor, it, looked like nothing was wiped down. The garbages were over filling and it was disturbing to know that food they are making is being served in this environment. My experience here today was unpleasant and I won’t be coming back here for a long time. I understand they could have been getting slammed all day but I mean it does not take more then 10 minutes to clean lobby or take out trashes. The food was not keep in a clean environment which is disappointing and disgusting. Overall 0/10.

dirty bathroom with toilet paper and stains everywhere, not one table clean, both trashes piled taller than me, line was dirty, workers were slow, waited 35 minutes in line for the 4 people ahead of us. every time i come here they are always out of everything, it is always dirty, and my burrito is always folded like a sphere instead a cylinder, and it rips. every time. i could say this is an understaffing issue, but there were 6 workers with talks of a 7th coming in soon. saw a girl filling her water cup in the kitchen sink, adjust her straw, and start preparing food with the same gloves.

I placed an online order 10 minutes before arriving at the store, expecting it to be ready when I got there. However, when I arrived, my order wasn’t even started. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes, and still, nothing was ready. The employees were moving incredibly slowly, as if they had just woken up and were struggling to function. The lack of urgency and efficiency was frustrating. What’s the point of placing an online order if I have to wait this long anyway? Terrible experience.

Disgusting. I don’t understand. Doesn’t this place have health standards? Everyone was complaining in the line. The entire store was dirty. The tables. The back space. There was some pierced girl, with pink hair and tattoos who was screaming at the rice machine because it wouldn’t stop beeping, after she dumped an entire bucket of rice on the floor. The entire kitchen was a mess. To be honest, I feel like the only reason so many people stayed and ate/grabbed food was because we were all in pickles and it was busy everywhere else. Hopefully we do not get sick from eating here. Man. Should have just DoorDashed from somewhere else. I love chipotle, but this place is gross.

Typically good food. Corn was frozen, no complaints on the food. The atmosphere and cleanliness —DISGUSTING. Bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time, no toilet paper and overflowed garbage. The tables were dirty and garbage everywhere. It’s 8pm, we are the only customers in the restaurant and there’s no reason the be this gross.

i could sit here and complain that my mobile order took 40 minutes longer than it was supposed to (submitted online at 10:20am for a 11:50am pickup) but they are OBVIOUSLY short staffed. they had a whole swim team order catering during the lunch rush and my food was still VERY good. So what I ate lunch late? these people are busting their rears to make customers happy. no one wants to work here because everyone always complains. this is my favorite chipotle location in fargo

Workers were disinterested and gave off attitude. Food was mid out of any other chipotles. Gave half a scoop of chicken and gave more when we asked them to. Truly feel as if the workers here are not doing their job correctly. Wouldn’t come here again.
