No ice in the soda machine (employee was put out that I asked for some ice).Coca Cola syrup was empty. The ice tea dispenser was also empty. Won’t ever go back to this pit.

This is the worst place ever. Stay away!!!! Can’t get an order correct. When you try to reach them it takes 40 minutes can’t call the store for a quick fix. Qudoba is right down the street. Save time and money go there. Management is at fault I don’t blame the staff. They need to close this location.

The customer service people wete rude. The tables and floors were filthy. There is dust in all the lighting. Under the soda machine was filthy and straw papers rolled up under the machine. There was trash all over the top mixed in with silverware and cup lids. There trash was over flowing.

The service at the 45 store was very bad and rude

Went in and saw a long line but we were willing to wait just thinking it was a busy time. However we waited in line for about an hour. 1 employee doing everything while the manager just watches from the back not jumping in to help. Watched as several people gave up and left. When we got our food it was cold and the rice wasn’t cooked all the way and was crunchy. Gonna have to make changes to get our business back at this location.

On a Saturday around 2 p.m. they didn't have guacamole (the basis of a veggie bowl), white rice, or ice in the drink machine. Maybe that's peak weekend lunch rush, but there was no offering of "We're making some" or "it'll be 10 minutes for..."

We walked in they didn’t have any chicken, I got a burrito, and the lady did not know how to wrap it and had to get another tortilla and transferred all the stuff from the burrito into and new tortilla . They couldn’t roll onto a new burrito they were all rude there was no ice, and there was no pop in the pop dispensers because it was all clear. I do not recommend.

This store is always so dirty. Garbage overflowing, floors filthy, tables covered in food. I was just here at 3:30pm and again all of those things. They were out of the chicken special and lettuce. There were very few bottled drink selections in the cooler, no ice in the fountain drinks, no syrup in the sprite and no juice drinks in any of the 3 containers. Food was ok so from now on I'll try a different location.
Disgusting. EVERY table was dirty. Floor looked like it hasn’t been swept in weeks. Food was slopped all over. Not one employee was friendly or smiled AT ALL. First and last time we’ll ever come here. Gross Gross Gross!!!!! If I could leave ZERO stars I would.
