This place just collects all of the worst employees it seems. The two guys who work the front should be immediately put to the back. They are terrible at customer service, mumble everything except all of the insults they say about you to each other. In just one visit they made fun of me for calling one of the meats the wrong name, then made fun of my boyfriend’s burrito??? The tall one stared at me the whole time while I walked in and as he was preparing my burrito. The service people are creepy and disrespectful, not sure how they have a job.

I had the best gluten free (celiac) dining experience! I was incredibly impressed with the staff taking care of my food allergies for gluten and dairy. The lady switched gloves and grabbed all fresh ingredients that were safe for me. She did not make me feel like I was holding up the line or causing any inconvenience - so grateful for them! Will definitely be back!
*I will add on with the other comments - most of the tables were dirty, but the serving line was just fine!
Dietary restrictions: Awesome staff that is well educated on food allergies and willing to take precautions for you!

It's nice that you can choose exactly what you want in your food. Delicious!
Parking: Parking is at side of building and is adequate. Most people seem to take out so while there dining area is smaller, it seems to fit their needs.

This has to be the worst managed chipotle in the Midwest. 9 times out of 10 the employees do not have ingredients made or even getting prepared. The customer service is absolutely awful and needs completely new management because there is consistently problems every time I go in. Manager do your job and hire people that actually have the will to work.

The employees suck and when I asked for a little bit bigger of a scoop of meat because they gave me a tiny scoop, they told me it would cost me extra so I was forced to not have enough meat on my burrito store policy.

The fajita veggies are so big like what! But the bowl was ok.

Like all Chipotle locations in Fargo, this restaurant is horrifyingly poorly managed. They are almost always out of some ingredients for no apparent reason.
I went on Wednesday, Aug 21 at 5:40pm. The restaurant was not at all busy, and there was no one in line to be served. As usual, they were out of fajita veggies. I asked when fresh veggies would be ready, and the employee simply replied, "No, we'd have to cut them."
The service is truly abysmal. It's shocking that a customer would ask for an ingredient that's in stock, and an employee would refuse to provide it just because they don't feel like preparing it.

I ask for steak as my protein and they gave me 3 pieces of small steak not even a half spoon and I ask for more and they charge me more for it as double

The chipotle is a mess. Staff is unfriendly. They were out of chips, fajitas, beans, and napkins. Bathroom was disgusting. I’ll just stop coming here.

Like the other negative reviews here, I also can attest that this location isn't clean. I had to stop the burrito-maker (who to his defense, seem to be a newer employee) to ask him to clean the counter-top because it was wet and dirty with bean juice all over the place. He seemed a little annoyed by that request, but after two attempts at cleaning up a simple wet spill, he finally got it. I also want to note that this employee did not wash his hands before putting gloves back on, but he had gloves on so I continued with the order. I want to stress to the owner/management that, based on my experience and reading the other negative reviews here, there needs to be better training and adequate supervision of the employees/restaraunt here. Otherwise, just close up shop. It's not like we're getting this food for free, us customers are PAYING hard earned money, not only for the food, but also for customer service and (at bare minimum) a clean meal prep environment. Shame on you for not training your employees properly, and for running a DIRTY, dilapidated, disgusting Chipotle. I will be making a call to the city to have this place inspected. Also calling the whistle blower hotline. This place should NOT be in business. ??

I am not one to take time to review usually but this restaurant is not being run well in my opinion. I am not a regular costumer, but do visit this restaurant 6ish times a year. Almost every time I’ve visited, they are ALWAYS out of fajita veggies and NEVER working in restocking this menu item. No one that works there seems to be at all concerned… management gives lame excuses. Like being too busy… in such a prime location you’d think whoever is ordering would be in top of events happening in the area. I often stop right at lunch or dinner time. Weird that this same thing happens so often. Not ever going back.
