First time at this location: Tables, condiment counter, bathrooms were ALL dirty. The silverware container was full of water. One employee was eating/chewing behind the counter while serving customers. While ordering food, they were out of white rice, and they scraped the hard pinto beans from the bottom of the pan. The brown rice was hard, and the chicken tasted flavorless and watery.

Agree with all the other reviews. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Workers were short with their responses, didn't prepared the bowls well, the guac was brown, place was dirty and were out of queso at 1:00 PM on a Saturday. This franchise is a disgrace to the brand.

Although the Staff was friendly, the restaurant was filthy. I was the only patron who arrived at 4:45pm and not one table was wiped off from lunch. Garbage all over the floor which included dirty forks, knives, napkins, and brown bags.

The overall cleanliness was horrific. The area by the food hadn't been cleaned, not one clean table-we had to ask for a table to be washed, the floors were horrible along with the bathroom. It's decent but nothing great. I asked if they had a military discount they said no but they do have a law enforcement discount. Normally these to go hand and hand. Both serve in some how. And way. It would be nice to see local business support both. And since the va hospital is close to this location there are vets local when they use the va hospital

Don’t come! Its 9:23……No rice, no beans, no salsa, no sour cream and not enough meat for x2 double.. What the hell am I paying for?!?!? They should just close at 9pm if they’re going to stop making food by then. Service always slow. Employees complaining about working. The girl at the register took her sweet time looking up employee schedules rather than check people out while food just sitting there waiting to be paid for. 0/3 won’t be back.

One of the filthiest restaurants I have ever been in. Just 2 hours after opening and it looked like nothing had been cleaned or wiped down for days. Saw an employee eating while cooking food. Another employee in the dining area picked his nose then shoved his finger in his ear and went to the drink counter where he proceeded to pick up and fix a stack of drink lids. It was so bad it sounds made up/exaggerated but it is not. Absolutely disgusting, will never be back. Do not eat here
