The place is a mess. Workers have little to no customer service and get impatient and annoyed with you with any polite request. Got tiny uneven portions on everything even when asking for extra of the non cost items. This place needs a new present manager or a complete ownership overhaul. Usually love chipotle but will never be going to this location again

Usually, service and food quality are awesome at the 32nd location, yet my last visit was very off-putting. Chipotle gave me a bowl full of black beans, sour cream, white rice, and mixed meat. Not how I requested it made at all!

Missing most of the ingredients including cheese, and sour cream and only had 2 out of 5 meats. They didn't even have my green Tabasco sauce. I was told to come earlier if I want cheese and sour cream??? It was an hour and a half before closing . Also it was dirty and food was all over the floor. Lots of staff but took 4 min after my food was made to ring up as nobody would man the till.

They are constantly out of food. Like genuinely >75% of the time I come here they are out of something I want, and they never adapt. Tonight my wife went to go get me a steak burrito with fajita peppers and this location was out of steak, so she went to the other location and they were out of peppers. Fargo Chipotles are such a massive L and I am tired of wasting gas on them. If they offered me a free burrito to take this review down I wouldn't even accept it because I know whenever I go to pick it up they'll be missing something again. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else until they get better.

Rice was undercooked, food didn't taste good. I have been to different Chipotles in different states and this is the only place that has been bad. Do not recommend this location.

Food was terrible, chips were stale, they weren't giving anything in my food, and i kept having to ask for extra. Everyone seemed like they were high, and everyone has airpods in and can't hear anything anyone is saying. Place was a disaster and filthy, Will not be coming back here.

How can this place stay in business? Went there, mid afternoon. We picked this location because the location on 45th has not been great. To begin with, they were out of black beans and had no pepers and onions. The counter person gave my wife 3 scoops of rice. I got 1. I picked barbacoa and got a very small portion, 1/2 of which was a ball of inedible fat and veins. A drink? Well no ice and they had a few bottled drinks. I asked them to open them, but the girl at the register looked at me like I was from outer space. She said twist them, they do not come off like that. She had to get help to find a bottle opener. I ate 2 bites of meat and I was done. The restaurant is dirty,greasy and I don't know why people would eat here. They have a grocery store a short walk across the lot, but are out of 1/2 of their ingredients. 4 meals cost $60, but should have been 1/2 considering what food they had available. They should just close the doors.

I’m usually not happy when it comes to the workers at this location. I must say Sony was the best worker I have ever seen. SHe is great under pressure and she is happy and bubbly and the right person for the job. We love her there isn’t enough words to say how amazing she was. The food was great and my husband and I have no complaints.

Just used the order ahead feature with the digital drive thru service. Sat in the drive thru for about 5-10 minutes before the workers finished talking to each other to hand me my order. Then when I got home, I noticed that my order was wrong and the side of queso that I ordered had popped open and spilled all over the bag. Did not have corn pico, red salsa or sour cream. Instead it had lettuce and shredded cheese? Terrible experience, much faster and more accurate to just go inside and order at the counter.
