This is consistently the dirtiest restaurant in Fargo. This is my third time visiting in the last year and every time it has been disgusting. This time I finally canceled my order and had to leave both because of the filth and the fact that after I ordered online my food still wasn’t ready 30 minutes later nor did they have any idea when it would be ready. Of course they couldn’t refund the meal either. You have to call an 800 number and waste another 30 minutes of time.

What is going on with this location? Just declining so fast. Taste off, meat over cooked, chips under fried… never staffed enough while the manager just walks between employees gossiping… use to be my go to place but I can see this place is a no go anymore.

Quinten and his coworkers provide a positive environment every time I have been. They are always radiating positivity and good vibes and more than willing to help and be accommodating. This is by far the best chipotle in the fm area.

This goes for every store nationwide. Why tf do you have a pick up lane if it cannot be managed to the convenience of the customer. From being stuck in the drive thru for 25 minutes (25min past my pickup time) to not being able to leave because we are not pinched between cars. I’ve always despised coming to your store because I know it will give me trouble. Qdoba exceeds your prices, service, and taste.

I ordered online when I got to the store to pick app my order. The guy opened the window and said That they were out of chips and white rice. How is that even possible at chipotle. He was rude I dismissive and didn't even care that I had paid for this stuff already..

Consistently poorly-managed and filthy location.

I went to this Chipotle on Wednesday, Aug 21 at around 6pm. The restaurant wasn't busy and no one was in line to be served. Nonetheless, the whole space was an absolute mess.

The employee that helped us was friendly. However, we were really put off by her manager's inappropriate behavior. While we were being helped, the manager interrupted us just to stop the employee and tell her that she needs to yell "rice" louder when it's running low. We were standing next to the employee when she informed her co-workers that the ingredient was running low, and she sounded sufficiently loud. Regardless, the manager's timing was so bad. There's no need to criticize an employee IN FRONT of customers WHILE the customers are being helped.

Location urgently needs new management!!!

Was told we couldn’t order inside because they were short staffed so only online orders were allowed. Then the app wouldn’t work when trying to place an online order. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff when we tried to explain the situation. How can a chipotle not accept in person orders?
