A very cozy little place with a lil bit of everything to be found. :)Decent Draft selection and Large branded mug with purchase of a tall draft.I really enjoy a quiet evening playing with the juke box here.Parking: If the lot is full, so is the bar.

Best staff in town. I'm a little slow sometimes. And I got overcharged by $15 because they had a new person working. I called back a 1/2 hour later. Explain the situation this was the day before Thanksgiving. And they fixed it and they left for envelope with my money there until I came and picked it up. I love everybody that works at this bar.

One of the best big town "tiny bar" bars around! Casual atmosphere and great prices. You'll always find a smiling face down at Chub's Pub & Package Place!

Chub's Pub & Package Place is a great place to enjoy a drink and good company. It is the best bar in Fargo-Moorhead to watch any Bison games! The beer's cold and there are still nightly specials, but the place has recently remodeled! The bathrooms are a personal favorite! The bartenders are awesome. Great service. Love Eric, Wade, and Sammy! Beer is always cold and you usually have a fresh one in front of you before you're finished with the first! Sounds like a great place to visit if you're ever in Fargo! ?

Not a very positive experience here. Gonna be a while until I consider trying again. Here's the scene: i rode in by bicycle that day, instead of driving the $65000.00 pickup truck that normally is the mode of transport. The weather was gorgeous and it was a June spring early afternoon, perfect for a bike ride around town as the traffic was light.I felt very imposed by the bartender, she was sort of not cordial or welcoming, and then after I had my first drink, she wasnt at all... I tipped 2 dollars for one non alcoholic beverage, ( btw, I don't remember being asked if Id like another) I was gambling on the machines for a bit and stayed for about an hour and a half, and I was the only 1 of 2 in the bar.She may have misjudged me as some kind of trouble maker. Her demeanor was a little short if not more appropriately described as rude - ish. Not treating me so welcome. Now I'm new to town, I don't know if there are trouble makers here or in the area regularly, my bet is is there are, however - it was my first time checking the place out. After spending 80 dollars on the machine, (lost btw) I used the bathroom and she kept checking on me, saying I was taking too long, which I didn't feel I was... she was doing this while I had a rather embarrassing number two happening, and was expecting her nose must surely have observed... It was pretty bad... it reeked, not gonna lie. You might say I should have waited to get home. Well it was abrupt, not expected, and it was an emergency. Maybe it was the pineapple juice in my beverage, I dunno... I will add also that there are two stalls, only one was in use, no one was waiting. She did go to the bathroom the first time she came in. I was the only other person in the bar besides a male patron. Here's the kicker: I had a very small backpack, because as anyone who bikes would know that's how you transport a water bottle and snack, phone and first aid kit, helmet, whatever one might need when one goes for a city ride a good distance from home. She abruptly told me while I $#!tt!ng that I wasn't supposed to have a backpack in the bar. Well, I didn't know, - why was she telling me this at that moment? She didn't say anything to me upon arrival when I got my drink or while I was gambling. I was very embarrassed by this. Maybe they have problems with people carrying packs? Her attitude put me off though. I have since then decided to skip Chubb's and drive or ride a few blocks further to the Bismark tavern and always feel welcomed whether im riding bike or driving. Really I'm not interested in returning any time soon to Chubb's, not at all. But, I will say the place looked like a great spot for a good drink or weekend night life. There is a pool table, and TV's for sports, not sure about food. There is also package liquor in the front. Biking to this place I don't recommended.

Meh. Super cold beer, a decent offsale, and quick service.

It's a great pub to get together with friends. They have great prices on drinks, gambling, pool and darts. Great, friendly, and fast service. There is even an off-sale liquor store available on other side of bar. I definitely recommend it for a good time!
