I order from here quite often without issues. It’s timely, friendly, it’s convenient for me. Upon the last time though I got my bakery item and was very disappointed. It was extremely burnt, I wish I had time left on my lunch to take it back but I didn’t.

Did I accidentally interrupt a staff meeting by... ordering coffee? I rolled through the drive-thru as an out-of-towner just hoping for a pick-me-up—and instead got the vibe that my very existence was a major inconvenience. The workers acted like I was bothering them just by being there.. like I crashed a party I wasn’t invited to.
No “welcome,” no smile.. just a cold transaction and a whole lot of attitude. Maybe they were having a rough day.. but it definitely made me feel like I wasn’t wanted.
Note to the team: customers from out of town still count as customers. I came for coffee.. not cold shoulders.

I ordered on the app, went through the drive thru lane and my coffee was ready when I pulled up to the window! After my first sip I wanted to call Caribou and tell them how heavenly my drink tasted! I added chocolate to a standard drink and sometimes it doesn't come out great but this crew made it absolutely perfect! 👌 Day made!
