Bunch of children standing around rather than working. They have one person work the counter while everyone else chats and dances rather than working. Picked up a to go order that was ready as soon as I arrived but had to wait in line because only one person would even acknowledge the counter

We always call for pickup after shopping every week but today the guy Tyler refused our order and said Culver's doesn't accept call-in orders anymore.Very disappointed and called Culver's on 13th Street and gladly accepted our order!!!

I don't really eat a lot of "fast food" and usually McDonald's is my go-to. I live a few blocks from the Culver's on 32nd Ave in Fargo. Decided to go there for lunch (12/24/2024). The food is pretty good quality, plus it's filling, and not super greasy.
Also it was during lunchtime when I ordered. There were quite a few cars and some people inside also, but the staff was whipping out all our orders like crazy. Also good vibes from the staff! They did awesome and I just wanted to share. Hoping some of the staff see this and know that they were rocking that lunch rush!
I love this Culver's I eat here on a regular basis. I love the butter burger and the onion rings and a caramel cashew sundae. I love the staff. I love the food, and it's all made fresh. Thank you for your service and all your hard work

I love my blizzard with extra toppings(mixed from top to bottom) and don't mind paying the extra $ but it is always a disappointment when there are no extra toppings and only the top half has toppings while the bottom half is plain. Do better, Culver's
