Ordered online and headed to the restaurant but was called 1 minute before our order was ready to be picked up that they had cancelled our order and closed early. Had we known that we would have ordered somewhere else so we ended up going hungry last night. Bad business and service.

The best Culver's I've ever been to!
Staff was very nice and greets everyone as they come in. Order was perfectly accurate unlike some other Culver's I've been to in the area. They even offered free samples which I've never seen a Culver's do before. The free kids ice cream was much bigger than other locations give out. Bathrooms were very clean.
Overall, this independently owned Culver's sets itself apart in it's amazing food and service. Definitely worth driving to even though it's farther out from me that other locations.

Yesterday we went to Culvers on 13th per my daughters request for her golden 7th birthday. One of the staff gave her a free sundae, and a scoopie stuffie and she was so happy! We love culvers and how they can still be a fun fast food option even though I am gluten free. She already asked when we can go back again. Amazing service noticing her birthday headband and going above and beyond to make her feel special on her specail day.

Stopped by yesterday to grab a Culver's Bacon Delux basket and as always was not disappointed. The place was clean and quiet, in case you wanna dine-in. It took a lil bit to get my order but it was worth the wait. Culver's fries are pretty good. Not everybody rocks crinkle fries but Culver's does, and im glad. You should stop by and grab any of the baskets, I fully recommend and will be back.

Great food! The drive thru was forever long, so I went inside. The parking lot is a little small and was full. Ordered right away but my food took over 15 min to arrive. Love the value of the food Culver’s offers. I don’t live near one so I stop every time I can.

I’m a DoorDasher the last three times I’ve picked up from here have had long waits. These caused me to have to inform the customer and dasher support of the wait so I wouldn’t be penalized for the merchant’s delay. I find this disrespectful as Dashers have pick up deadlines and extreme delays can get us penalized. I’ve had good food myself from there, but I’ve had to add Culver’s to my list of restaurants I don’t accept orders from. Dashers provide a large source of income to your store. It’s only hurts you when we either have to unassign an order or stop taking the orders. It also hurts dashers as that time we spend waiting could be spent on other offers. Please train your staff to know that delivery people have deadlines.
