It's supposed to be a chili CHEESE dog. Not a chili dog. Very disappointed with this place and they workers are always frustrated and arguing with eachother.

Kimberly has the worst service ever. I orders a medium blizzard and got a small of a different kind and Kimberley refused to make another one of the right kind and size. She wasted half of my gift card that I used too.they need to fire her.

I come to this Dairy Queen fairly often on my way to work. Granted it is usually just after 2pm which is after the lunch rush but whenever I am here the place is clean. Tables are wiped and floor swept. The staff is courteous and friendly. The food is well prepared and hot.

Normally our experience here is ok, but tonight it took such a long time to even get them to take our order in the drive thru. We pulled up to the speaker and the person said they’d be with us in a minute. Ok. We waited there for several minutes while the cars in front of us all pulled ahead and out of sight and nobody came back on the speaker to take our order until the last car that was in front of us was at the window. We ordered a medium hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge, but they did not ring in the extra hot fudge. Whatever, no big deal. We get to the window and they gave us a small hot fudge sundae that is literally half melted from sitting on the counter for so long. It was a disappointing experience to wait so long and then have them mess up our order and give us half melted ice cream.

The slowest place on earth ever to get food. I could have killed a cow, butchered it and still made my burger quicker than this place. I was the ONLY person in the driveway and maybe a handful of people in the lobby. Well over 20 minutes to get my food

I stopped through after visiting my mother in the hospital. I ordered a large Picnic Peach Cobbler ? Blizzard from their drive-thru. I ordered it with extra peach, and it came out superb. It's definitely something that I would recommend, and order again.

The crew working the evening of 5/21 on University drive are absolutely amazing and they all deserve a raise. Very helpful respectful not only to the customers but to each other. One of them even ran to hold the door open for me. It's been a very long time since I've seen such amazing team work. Keep up the work you guys.

Employees very rude. One was asst. Manager Kimberly other on Wyatt. They made my chocolate dipped cone before I got to window and was not covered good with chocolate so asked for new one. Wow got upset with me, so then told them I just wanted refund. Then I was told that I was wasting there product. Very rudely. Will not go there again.
