The inside smelled like sewer water. The service was terrible. I was overcharged for 2 kids meals and I kept telling the customer service person and he kept saying it’s the right order. Sure enough, after I looked at the receipt I was right. They had to void and re-recharge me for the correct amount. They didn’t get our order correct after all that. When I went back in to have them remake the cheeseburger, I didn’t see him at the grill. I heard the microwave and then he takes something out of it and hands me a burger on a bag. I ended up throwing it away. Never going back there!

Went through the drive through on 9/24 around 2:10 pm. The lady taking the order was very rude, she was mad when I asked to add in Oreo pieces to my blizzard, saying she had to restart and sighing loudly. I get the food, the ice cream sundae was tiny, way smaller than usual and the two ranch sides I got were spoiled/congealed.

I ordered a small strawberry dipped cheesecake blizzard. The lady who was taking my order confirmed what size I wanted. When it came time to pay for my blizzard I went to hand her my coupon along with $4 bills to pay for it. I was then told that this was only good for a Sundae. I tried telling the lady that I used to work for dairy Queen for multiple years and that this is always been the coupon that they've given out. I then canceled my order and drove off and called the manager of the dairy Queen where she then stated that the coupon was valid for a small Sunday or a small Blizzard if I paid for it. Not pleased with this service!

Tracy L. And a younger employee harassed me for coming inside and ordering take out. Said that I had better places to be than inside a dairy queen, the younger girl proceeded to say like where camping? Because there was a tent on my shirt. They then both started laughing uncontrollably. They are making fun of the customers. Do not go to this dairy queen. Employees harass you about what you are doing and what you wear even though it's none of their business. Transaction was right before 2:30pm on Aug 12 if you want to find out who the other girl is.

Ordered twist cone got a plain vanilla cone. Also ordered a malt that was so thin it was like drinking milk. Not thrilled
Rude service and they charge $16 for a box of six dilly bars.

Went through the drive thru not only did the girls tone make it feel like I was an inconvenience the fries were cold, no drinks for my kids from their kids meal and the blizzard was hardly mixed. I paid $30 for half meals. To top it off in wasn't even given a receipt. Worst DQ I've been to in years
