The service there is really poor, the attitude of the servers is very bad. Maybe because of the age. All me and my kids wanted was ice cream and the sever there acted like they both didn't see us, while laughing and went in the back. After standing there for more than 15min we had to leave

Horrible service and rude manager—I’ve worked customer service for over 6 years and to be ignored for over 10 minutes then when asked if the lady in front of me and I would be helped, was greeted with complete attitude. Then when I asked if a manager was here, got more attitude saying he was a manager but his boss is in tomorrow. When he said I know why you’re calling and they won’t do anything, nothings going to happen. Interesting comment from a manager? Super disappointed and embarrassed for them!!

I got a brownie and Oreo cupfection, and the brownies were super hard and when I bit into one it tasted like chalk. Way overpriced for something I barely ate. The cashier also wasn’t very friendly and seemed super annoyed with me and my client who has autism. Very sad.

Cost $40 to get two my kids 6 peice tenders and small blizzards. Staff didn't want to he there. Food was barely warm when we got it. Have issues everytime we go there. Cost to much and unfriendly staff. No thank you. Will not be going back there again!!
