Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I called to place a call in order for a cake for the following day but then the employee was extremely rude and off putting and then led me to believe that they could make the cake and then abruptly told me that they couldn’t. As a person who works in customer service I would never talk to a customer like that and called the Dairy Queen that actually helped me. Shout out 2401 45th St S THE GOATTTTTT. And this isn’t the first time we had a poor interaction with this employee. Do better.

Food was fresh & blizzard was well mixed! One of the better DQ locations I’ve been to.

I live 0.2 miles away from this location and I have a serious ice cream addiction, so I come here every day. Nothing but bad experience after bad experience. I wrote a complaint once before with no resolution. The complaint was about very seriously rude employees. This is the glass in my blizzard last night. I just went tonight and my blizzards were half full. Asked if they could be filled, got plain vanilla ice cream with no toppings. I’m so tired of this and wish the owner would do something. Very very disappointing. I have cancer and a mentally disabled son, it’s so much easier to go here instead of a different location. I’m so glad my son didn’t eat that blizzard.

Don’t go here unless you want a blizzard with a side of sass! The lady at the window tonight with the strawberry blonde hair decided to roll her eyes at me bc I said I ordered a s’mores blizzard instead of Oreo.

Thank you to the gentleman that brought out the correct flavor. He was sweet and very apologetic for the rude lady at the window.

The service at this DQ is impressively quick and spotless, and I was particularly delighted with their staff member Karly’s exceptional attention. Her helpfulness and patience with my little boy, who always struggles to decide on an ice cream flavor, made our experience truly memorable.

Blizzards are always good here. Once I got a burger that was cold but cheese curds were freshly hot ?. I have never gotten a burger here again. Might have been the one time but hope it will be better the next time I decide to try.

I work here. I am very unbiased.
On a serious note, however, I would like to say that the staff is all very friendly and quite hilarious, and the food is great. One of the few dairy queens that manages to impress me. This dairy queen gets quite busy at times, yet no matter how overburdened it is the staff still acts friendly to the customers. The management is all very helpful, the staff are once again quite hilarious, and the restaurant is kept clean. In my opinion (factoring out that i work here), this is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area, only being rivaled by Slim Chickens (would recommend as well).
