I have been ordering Deeks for over 10 years and I have not had a problem with their service or food I that time. Pizza is hot and very good and the honey garlic wings are amazing!! I'm highly recommend trying if you haven't already!!!
The "don't judge a book by its cover" phrase comes to mind with this place. The pizza was very good. The ingredients were fresh and we very much enjoyed our meal. From ordering to the time we received our food was 10 minutes. We would eat here again if we were looking for a pizza place.

Ordered food, waited hour and a half, saw driver pull up to driveway, then leave. Called 15 minutes later, was told he was on a delivery and it would be here soon. 30 minutes later, called, got nothing back. After 2.5 hours of waiting, they just asked 'Do you want us to remake it and send it out?'. No credit, no nothing. Don't expect to get your food.

Ordered 40$ worth of food from the 25th Ave store and they never delivered my food, after calling several times the next day the manager made a bunch of excuses that did not make any sense, and then hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
