We used to order religiously from here but we haven’t had it in a few months but ordered it tonight and I wasn’t very pleased with it. Not sure if you’ve changed your crust but honestly I couldn’t even eat it it seems more like flavourless cardboard

The pizza here is fine - I only labeled it two stars out of spite because I couldn't drop those ratings into the half or zero star realms in the other categories.
Please, if you value your sanity, never order delivery from here. The first and probably most salient part of that argument is that they don't even recognize parts of Fargo as existing. One time, I placed an order for a spot right by Essentia on 32nd Ave. Couldn't be closer to the interstate. And yet, in 2 hours of delivery time, it was simply impossible to find.
If and when the pizza makes its way to your location - apologies, the trouble does not cease. Don't ever bother putting delivery instructions in your app or whatever - they're gonna blow right through them. Attached photo is related to a driver showing up outside my building a full 50 minutes after promised time and then BANGING ON THE EXTERNAL GLASS despite my requests to leave it outside and have it be noncontactless. They even had the temerity to demand I change those instructions after the fact.
You really can't overstate how awful this place is with customer service. They don't answer phone calls, and in the event you get in touch with a courier regarding their flagrant disregard for your wishes, they invent stuff like a back door for your apartment building that only has one entrance.
Late night pizza is a hallowed tradition in these environs, so I'm not going to say to never go here. However, I can promise you that at 1 A.M. you can find better food with more courteous service than this establishment. Avoid at all costs!
