I ordered online. The order went through and they gave me the time, in which it would arrive, but it did not arrive in that time or past that time. I checked their online tracker and my order had been cancelled. Dominoes SUCKS. At least the North Fargo one does. Lazy.

Even if they’re super busy and backed up and understaffed, just add five minutes to what I just said. There are some great people who work there. Listen this is Dominos, good or bad, you know the quality that you are going to get. That being said, shout out to Angie, 5 out of 5 customer service. If she came to me wanting a job I would hire her on the spot. I say this because... When I ordered it, the website stated something like 40 minutes. Since I thought it was going to be around 40 minutes, I ran a few quick errands. On my way home (at 30 minutes), I was contacted that it had arrived. I was not quite back yet, so went to the on-site location (which is a few blocks from my house). When I arrived, fortunately she was at the counter. She was polite and understanding, she even tried to take the delivery charge off, but my coupon was for delivery only. That being said Angie alone deserves 5 stars, if corporate sees this give her a raise(North Fargo, off 19th Ave location). After all that I can say this, if you understand what Dominos is, you are rarely impressed but you are rarely unimpressed, with coupons you always get you moneys worth.

The curbside order here was faster than Mc Donald’s. I made an order as I left my apartment and in the five minutes it took me to get here the order was done and waiting for me.

First time I ordered from this store the driver left my food on the sidewalk and walked away. I live on broadway in the middle of downtown. This last time I ordered I waited an hour and my order was marked as completed. I called the store and Victoria told me the driver was on his way. I waited 45 mins and called again. Victoria told me the driver was a couple minutes away and pulling up. I called another 45 mins later and Victoria told me the driver couldn’t find my apt, called me twice with no answer and brought the pizza back. I never got a phone call and I was waiting by my door for an hour and a half watching for the driver. Over all I waited about 3 hours before they offered to remake my order and send it with the driver on his next run. I told them to refund me.
The whole time the manager has a passive aggressive tone in her voice when she’s clearly a horrible manager and her drivers are lazy liars.

had a driver with the name of Leo that doesn’t know the difference between avenue and street took him an hour and a half to deliver my pizza. and when i called the store i was told it was my fault he put the address in wrong and was put on hold. my app says the right address and my door was unlocked they marked my pizza as delivered until i called and said otherwise.
