First time I ordered from this store the driver left my food on the sidewalk and walked away. I live on broadway in the middle of downtown. This last time I ordered I waited an hour and my order was marked as completed. I called the store and Victoria told me the driver was on his way. I waited 45 mins and called again. Victoria told me the driver was a couple minutes away and pulling up. I called another 45 mins later and Victoria told me the driver couldn’t find my apt, called me twice with no answer and brought the pizza back. I never got a phone call and I was waiting by my door for an hour and a half watching for the driver. Over all I waited about 3 hours before they offered to remake my order and send it with the driver on his next run. I told them to refund me.

The whole time the manager has a passive aggressive tone in her voice when she’s clearly a horrible manager and her drivers are lazy liars.

These idiots tried to charge me 9 dollars for a garden salad. I cancelled it. They show up with my sandwich and the 9 dollar garden salad I tell him I don’t want the cancelled salad. Retard takes my whole order. Lady who answers phone cusses me out

had a driver with the name of Leo that doesn’t know the difference between avenue and street took him an hour and a half to deliver my pizza. and when i called the store i was told it was my fault he put the address in wrong and was put on hold. my app says the right address and my door was unlocked they marked my pizza as delivered until i called and said otherwise.

If I could give whoever the manager is a zero working the night of August 22nd.. I 100% would.. ordered a pizza online. Went into the store. They screwed up my order. The guy cooking it is dropping pans all over the floor. I'm standing there and they're talking about me like I'm not even there. Nobody had the balls to tell me that the pizza was screwed up and they would have to try and fix it. So their version of fixing it was to just let my pizza sit there and they were going to cook some toppings and just throw them on there.. I said if that's what you're going to do then just give me a refund and she literally said nothing and said I refunded your whole order without even saying. Sorry about that or anything. Pathetic horrible customer service. I hope whoever runs this store gets this
Update Victoria is the manager's name. Horrible at her job. Be careful. I've witnessed them, Dropped pizza trays on the floor and pick them right back up and use them

Worst dominos I've ever experienced. Half the time they're cancelling orders or not answering their phone. The other half of the time the orders are wrong, late, or the delivery driver refuses to get out of their car and makes you meet them at the curb. Insane how mismanaged and backwards this store is.

Good pizza, ready on time?I'll amend this. Ordered pick up. The asst mgr insisted it wasn't ready. Their display said it was, she never checked on completed orders, waited 15 minutes for an order that was ready when I walked on.Ordered delivery on a Sunday. It was over an hour past the "done" time on the app before it arrived.

This is the worst place to eat , lacks of customer service and management. It’s disgusting ? I walked in on 3/21/24 at 1:00pm order, the place was empty. One guy in the back on his phone the guy I. The counter is not doing anything and tell me I’ll be rite with you and just looks at me . So I ordered because he’s not saying anything.I get on my phone after I ordered,and I look up and the guy making the pizzas was on his phone for about 10 min work 5 min and continue to make pizza without Washing his hands I was so disgusted and I told him I didn’t want anything anymore and he’s said well it’s coming out already.i just took it and put it stringy in the trash can . I hope the owner sees the footage.if he’s going to have people like that working for him he’s going to lose the little customers he’s got and they’re going to get sick . I’ve done Management for franchise before and I’ll tell you I would never tolerate the lack of customer service and cleanliness. Don’t they have any type of training or SOP’s.?

I've ordered form this place multiple time and 50 percent of the time there's some issue, ranging from wrong orders to my pizza being destroyed in box when delivered.My most recent order is the last straw, I make a no contact delivery order with instructions to leave at at my door, an order I've made many time before. After a while the delivery guy leaves me a message saying he left because I wasn't there and to call the store.I called the store and at the time of writing this have been on hold listening to their robot spout ads at me for 45 minutes.This is completely ridiculous, I wont be ordering from this location again.

Fraudulently marked as delivered after about 50 minutes (probably to improve their numbers w/ corporate). Called multiple times and no one answered, sat on hold listening to horrible repeating ads, eventually gave up. Driver showed up 20 minutes later, didn't even get out, sat there for a minute and drove away.
