Their display said it was, she never checked on completed orders, waited 15 minutes for an order that was ready when I walked on.Ordered delivery on a Sunday. It was over an hour past the "done" time on the app before it arrived.

This is the worst place to eat , lacks of customer service and management. It’s disgusting ? I walked in on 3/21/24 at 1:00pm order, the place was empty. One guy in the back on his phone the guy I. The counter is not doing anything and tell me I’ll be rite with you and just looks at me . So I ordered because he’s not saying anything.I get on my phone after I ordered,and I look up and the guy making the pizzas was on his phone for about 10 min work 5 min and continue to make pizza without Washing his hands I was so disgusted and I told him I didn’t want anything anymore and he’s said well it’s coming out already.i just took it and put it stringy in the trash can . I hope the owner sees the footage.if he’s going to have people like that working for him he’s going to lose the little customers he’s got and they’re going to get sick . I’ve done Management for franchise before and I’ll tell you I would never tolerate the lack of customer service and cleanliness. Don’t they have any type of training or SOP’s.?

I've ordered form this place multiple time and 50 percent of the time there's some issue, ranging from wrong orders to my pizza being destroyed in box when delivered.My most recent order is the last straw, I make a no contact delivery order with instructions to leave at at my door, an order I've made many time before. After a while the delivery guy leaves me a message saying he left because I wasn't there and to call the store.I called the store and at the time of writing this have been on hold listening to their robot spout ads at me for 45 minutes.This is completely ridiculous, I wont be ordering from this location again.

Fraudulently marked as delivered after about 50 minutes (probably to improve their numbers w/ corporate). Called multiple times and no one answered, sat on hold listening to horrible repeating ads, eventually gave up. Driver showed up 20 minutes later, didn't even get out, sat there for a minute and drove away.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with the $6.99 1 topping carry-out deal. Instead, I got a cheese pizza. The person who made the pizza took no effort or pride in the pizza. It was a pizza the CEO would be disappointed about. Order Papa John’s or Little Caesar’s instead of Domino’s! They put in the effort to make good pizza!

I just don't understand why I keep ordering from this site. Every time I seem to forget the problems and then am surprised when I have issues.We've had several orders where we will be shorted items and we have to come back and either get old items or have to request new be made and wait even longer.Last night I was ordering for an event. They were a touch late (5 or 7 min) which wouldn't have been a big deal but the last pizza that came out was wrong. They made a pizza wrong, and unfortunately it was the only one that needed to be right (standard large cheese). Didn't apologize, didn't clearly communicate what issue was, any options and how long it would take to fix. After waiting an extra 20 minutes I finally went to pay. They wouldn't accept cash but pointed out it was marked down below the counter where I couldn't see when standing at counter. By the time I got home the first 2 pizzas weren't warm becuase they were 20min old when I took them...Take it from me and order from the guys across the street.

We got the wrong pizza We wound up picking off the onions, green peppers, ham, and black olives that we did not order. I tried to call the store but only got a recorded message that went on and on. I tried to get points thru the online service but that was unsuccessful. What a rotten mess!!Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to onions so was very disappointed that they were on the pizza.

Was quoted an hour for delivery, expected and hour and half, now it has been two hours later and nothing. Word of advice, instead of telling people what they want to hear, try being honest and telling people the actual wait time and have them make their own decision based on that.

literally the worst establishment i've ever interacted with in my entire life. i've ordered from dominos probably close to 50 times in my life and the two times i've used this destination in fargo they've messed up my order. i'm currently entering this review while listening to their voicemail trying to get my money back. i spent $30 on food that was never delivered to me (which i checked my neighbors porches 4 times btw). the other time they ghosted my order and claimed it was after hours. this location is a joke and needs to be closed down.
