you guys have forgotten part of my order or given me items I didn't order (or want!) on my last 3 orders. It's the same driver each time, so I'm not sure if it's his fault or not. What's worse is I spend the time to fill out a complaint on your site and I've never heard back. Time to cut my losses and spend that $35 somewhere else next time and maybe actually get what I order.
Really unfortunate because the management and longtime employees know that my pizzas get made wrong every time... last time coming to this location. Hire better employees or pay more? Shouldn't have to tip 5$+ for my pizza to be what I expected. Not to mention that I liked this locasian because of the fast pick up option... bet for the last four times the pie heater thing has been broken, forcing me to ask the workers for my order, leading to rude results lol. All I'm gonna say. I've worked customer service (including pizza) and food service for many years so I really hate hearing any excuses coming from a corporate place like this.
You know they’re on it when you get your pizza delivered and you burn your mouth! This was Tuesday at 6pm, so I’m sure less people ordering than a busy weekend! But yummy nonetheless.

The pizza tracker didn’t update so I went to the store to see what was happening in real life. My pizza was not ready yet, so I sat to wait. While I was waiting, I watched the individual topping pizzas suck on their thumb, and continue to top pizzas. I was disgusted and left without my order. I went next door to papa murphy’s where all employees prepping pizza were wearing gloves.
The manager at this South Fargo location is not good to his staff. He mistreated my sister who is nothing but respectful. He did not schedule her to work for several days, then said he forgot to tell her he was thinking about letting her go, because he over hired, and while saying this he couldn't make eye contact (basic respect).
The food is good, the work force is good, the manager sucks. Any lack in the service quality falls squarely on him. Think twice before applying.
Ordered food a couple hours in advance and it was late. Then half my food was missing and the guy ran away too quickly to even be told there was food missing. Sat on hold and just got an automated message. This is the 3rd time that our order was wrong and I will not be re ordering from this location.
Very disappointed. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

Everytime I order here, they get my order correct and do a fantastic job. Food is always good. Recommend this location.

I share Mr. Franks's sentiments. . . . A few weeks ago, I ordered from this location, thinking that I would be getting the specials that were advertised nationally, and which should have been honored locally (I called and check with another location before ordering). I clicked on it, on the website, was taken to the menu, I proceeded to ordering but it didn't ring up correctly. I called them and asked, and he told me (if this was the manager, he is a piss poor manager) that he did not know about any such offer. I said that it's been advertised, it's on your website and he didn't know. Wtf kind of manager doesn't know wtf is being advertised in the company's name of which the person manages? I just hung up, and to be fair, he did say he was sorry about the confusion. But, still. . . . I wasn't going to write this review, but even when I reach out to corporate, they emailed me back, saying that I did not select the special when ordering online. I was and am too exasperated to pursue this any further.
On top of all of that, they omitted a topping on one of the pizzas, for which I paid, no doubt. So, yeah . . . . I'm not invested in insulting anyone, but managers need to be grown and move like adults, for real. . . . I wouldn't call the store asking about a special if I wasn't a 100% sure. I paid upwards of $30 for all that mess. I could've took that 30 and bought and cooked groceries, or gotten a bomb ass pizza and good customer service from Deeks. I will, the next time for sure. I tried to give Doms a chance cuz they got me thru my undergrad years, when I was constantly studying/practicing late into the night, into the early morn hours . . . yeah, I'm good on this kind of treatment, though.

Manager likes to throw wadded up trash at employees like a pitcher throws a baseball to a batter but the employee don't see it coming. This might be why they are understaffed so often. Don't support this restaurant and their abusive ways.

THIS WAS HORRIBLE i waited almost 3 hours just to get my food delivered an employee named “Manual” “delivered” my food as the online tracker said & when i went outside it was nowhere to be found! & they don’t answer the damn phone either it’s just a automated message saying the same things over and over!!!! this is bull

Awwww... the sweet smell of disappointment. Why feel obligated to tip someone before you realize they personally let you down? How hard is it to grab the right box or a cup of overpriced sauce?
Wheelchair accessibility: It's great... all their employees use it because they are all mentally handicapped!
