National pie day. Place an order at Papa John’s down the road and it was a 120 minute wait time. Called to cancel and staff stated they didn’t know it was national pie day and got busy quick. Place an order here and it was done in 15 minutes. Inside the store there was 8+ people working and seemed to know what they were doing. This is the second time I’ve switched to this location and it’s always a fraction of the time. Would recommend.

I understand being understaffed but this location has been that way forever. They don't close the online ordering when they are backed up and you have no way to cancel your order without calling the store. Which again they are under staffed and probably not able to awnser the phone or just choose not to. Corporate could care less about making it more user friendly to ease with order canceling or an option for the stores to alert customers about delays. Just another franchise that need to fizzle out.

Tried to get pizza delivered. They said it would take 30-40 min. After and hour I called them, they never answered. After an hour and 15 min i drove to the store. After an hour and a half I got to this store to find my call still ringing and 2 of the 4 employees just standing around. Got my money back, but I'll never order from this store again.

Ordered tonight at 7:15 for delivery, hour later still no food. Went there and they had NO clue what was happening, no offer of explanation…. Not a care in the world. I wouldn’t be upset if this was the first time, sad to say it’s not. I’m done ordering from this location.
I was up here for the week working and decided to go by this Domino's to pick up a pizza and some bread bites I ordered a barbecue bacon chicken pizza had hardly any barbecue sauce on it. Don't even get a demon sauce with the bread bites get charged a dollar for each one of those I never had this experience in any of the other Domino's like audio. When I call the manager? She had that I don't care attitude. Left a message for the district manager to call me Never receive the call back so I now see why the g m has the I don't care attitudone over with domino's kind of find a new pizza place

Placed a delivery order online to have it canceled 40min later with no reason. Reordered and same thing happened again. I tried calling for 10min with no answer. I understand if a business is busy but I would hope for better communication so I am not just waiting for nothing.

This is the best Domino's in the area, way better than the one on 32nd where I used to go. They're always fully staffed when I go there and they get it right every time. The employees are friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in the door and they're quick. I would assume they have good management at this location because of how efficient the place is run and how fully staffed they are. This place knows what they're doing.

ordered pizza online at 6:40 for delivery, at 8:00 still had no pizza. drove too store at 8:30 and they had no clue what happened too it. now I sit and wait for a new order. but I guess I'm lucky enough too get a free dessert for my trouble. never again!.
