Today there were 2 workers when we walked in and we were the only ones in line, and there was one car in the drive thru. One worker was directly across from the ordering counter, facing away making something in the oven, so ridiculously slow-mo that it had to be purposeful. They were making it a point to not turn and face the counter, just sidestepping to move about the serving area.
The other one appeared to be making orders, again at a snail’s pace. We stood at the counter for SEVEN MINUTES and were not greeted, not made eye contact with, but completely ignored by both. We walked out because it didn’t seem anyone was interested in the line building behind us.
I’d’ve stood there for a while longer if anyone had even bothered to acknowledge us. Such good coffee and absolute garbage service. ☹️

This is the $7 burrito??? The wait in the drivethrew took almost Ten mins and the price was far to high for the quality of food received. I haven't been to Dunn Brothers before but I don't feel I'll try again.

Dunn Bros is nothing short of exceptional, living down south it's always a treat when coming back to the Midwest. I came everyday while on business and a big shout out to Kasie, she has been absolutely fantastic, she went above and beyond and providing customer service you don't rarely find these days. Overall an exceptional experience.

I was super excited to come try the coffee here and that quickly changed.. the coffee was not very good and didn’t look anything like it was supposed too:/ super disappointed
The chai tea could have been hotter but very tasty and the turkey Cheddar Burrito was yummy!

Received ice cold food in the drive I said something and got attitude back denying it was cold. Told her to take it back and feel it for herself and she got snappy and said I’ll grab another. Also ordered a soda infusion with cream and she tried to hand it to me and and I said it’s missing the cream and got an eye roll and she dumped it mostly out and I got basically a cup of cream. Food was eeh even after getting a hot one. I was the only person in the drive thru so it wasn’t busy
